I was very satisfied with my stay at Köln Urban Loft. The location of the hotel was excellent; it is right in the city center and very convenient for getting around. The room was spotlessly clean, and essential facilities such as air conditioning and hot water were working perfectly. There were only two minor points that I found inconvenient: the room did not have bathroom slippers, and there was no mini fridge. Apart from these, I had no complaints at all. All staff members were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There are many markets nearby, such as Penny, and a little further down the street there is a Turkish market called Karadağ, which is a great convenience. Overall, I had a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and if I visit Cologne again, I will certainly stay here.

My husband and I stayed at Urban Loft for our honeymoon, and if I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would! To start, the aesthetic is immaculate. Modern art everywhere, pac-man machine available, comfy seating, and both a rooftop and ground level patio. The room was clean, cute, and cozy! The hotel location is also great and very close to the train station and city center. There’s free still water, sparkling water, and coffee. There’s also a beautiful breakfast buffet available for only 19€. Last but certainly not least, the staff! The staff was amazing. The most kind hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. Dennis was a sweetheart, and he was more than welcoming during our stay. He also makes a mean cocktail! I can’t stop singing our praises to this place. If we ever make our way back to Cologne we will be back.

Last year and this year we stayed for the business purpose to Köln visit with our colleagues. Very central place, nice and cozy environment. Books and coffee are great at the lobby. So close to Domplatz and Rhein river. Great place for sightseeing 24 hours. Staff is so friendly and helpful. If have rental car, there is a car park underneath the hotel.

We had a wonderful time in the urban loft. They have a very nice working space, with coffee and everything that you will need. The service was excellent, they always have a smile for you and they are there to help you. If you are a guest they also have an underground parking space, so that your car will be safe. I will definitely come back here!

Great central location, just a short walk from Cologne Cathedral and the metro, bus, and train stations. My wife and I found the room quite small—even for just the two of us—so it was tight traveling with our 3-year-old toddler. The heating was not very efficient, staying around 20°C, which felt a bit cold. On the plus side, the staff were exceptional—extremely helpful whenever needed. Free morning coffee was a nice touch. One drawback: there was no way to heat water in the room for our toddler, so we had to go to reception each time.
