All I can say is — I absolutely loved it. Spacious rooms, beautiful details in every piece, and such a creative, cool, and comfortable atmosphere. The location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance. You can even rent a bicycle directly from the reception, which is a great touch. The breakfast area is such a vibe, especially the terrace with its beautiful city view. A special thank you to Annika for the smooth check-in and helpful guidance, and to Alex from the breakfast team for taking such great care of us. It was definitely a wonderful experience, and I would happily come back again.

Stayed for 4 nights with my son, booking via eurostar. What a wonderful hotel with excellent service, spacious rooms, and close to most everything. An easy 15 minute walk from the train station, and many cafes, restaurants etc nearby. The hotel restaurant is lovely with beautiful views from the 8th floor. Breakfast is outstanding. Koln so much fun. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved this hotel! Located a short walk from the centre of town, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, the rooms are basic, but comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was great too, with an excellent selection to cater for most tastes, but the best bit was the retro decor, cool music and the shop/games in the foyer. For those so-minded, there's also a running club and sauna. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but this really has gone into my top ten.

I’m generally a big fan of 25hours Hotels – I love the unique atmosphere, the bar concept, the interior design and the attention to detail. All of that is present in Cologne as well. What was disappointing, however, was the service at reception. Both at check-in and check-out we simply did not feel welcome. The interaction felt indifferent and transactional – no friendly welcome, no question about our journey, no real sense of hospitality. We were even asked whether it was our first stay, although we have stayed at 25hours in Cologne multiple times before. The response to that was a rather blunt “then you already know everything,” which didn’t feel very appreciative. Unfortunately, the same tone continued at check-out, which is why this results in a two-star deduction for us. We wanted to buy one of the stuffed animals from the shop – a fun and charming idea – but all of them were already torn at the seams. When we asked whether there might be packaged ones available somewhere, the answer was simply “No.” No apology, no offer to check, no alternative suggestion such as an online shop – just the same indifference. We were then sent off with a brief “goodbye,” without any wishes for a safe journey home. It’s a stylish hotel with a great concept, but hospitality at the front desk is a must have.

Really enjoyed the co-working space here! The atmosphere is cozy and well-designed, and the team is always friendly and ready to help. It might not be the perfect setup for everyone in terms of comfort, but the staff truly go above and beyond to make it a great experience. The fact that the co-working area is free is a huge bonus. I was so happy with my time here that when my family visited Cologne, they stayed at the 25hours Hotel. Highly recommend!
