The cell service in here is AMAZING. I don’t know if it is just depending on who is playing, but usually I can’t get anything through any other place I go! If that’s not important to you, the sound is awesome, easy to see from anywhere you stand/sit, and the lighting is awesome!
One of my favorite venues! Feels like a former warehouse. Great sound but note that there is very limited seating.
I went to Elrow at Radius because this girl asked me to take her. I'm not really a rave guy but the visuals for that event were pretty trippy and the music was actually pretty good when it wasn't just EDM and they mixed it with an actual song with lyrics. Staff was also very nice. The girl I was with brought her jacket and was tired of carrying it and didn't want me to carry it either so she stuffed it behind a garbage can inside the venue. It was gone by the time the event was over but I went to lost and found and retrieved it for her. I appreciate the person who turned it in. Also you can often find randos selling Nitrous Oxide after the event outside in the parking lot if that's what your into.
Azzecca 12/26/2025 venue didn't open doors until 10:42pm after emails stated door opened 1 hour before showtime(showtime listed as 10pm) arrived 9:20p expecting doors to be open. Same with Box office. Neither is open. Security came outside about 10:15p and began to check ID's, hand stamp and place wristbands. At 10:22 we were advised doors would open in about 5 minutes. I went to box office (opened 10:08pm) and stated I needed ADA accommodations and was sent to the Radius door, then back to Cermak hall door and back and forth (great way to treat someone needing ADA accommodations, "Just go there, no there". When we arrives inside I went to an employee and asked where ADA seating was... they had no clue what i was asking about. They went to get their manager. When the manager arrives he tells me the other side has ADA seating but not the Cermak hall side. Then wait another 10 minutes before the manager advises me they are grabbing some chairs and placing them to the left of the stage for us. They had no clue. After standing for 1 hour and 45 minutes we were finally given seats. On the plus side the security guard went and retrieved a bar stool for me for the last 5 minutes of the stay outside the doors during the delay we were advised was due to production. The security employees were amazing. The rest of that staff were quite incompetent. Communication needs a LOT of work. Also $7 for a bottle of water is highway robbery. Beautiful venue inside, great lighting, great music and acts... horribly managed. Poor forst DJ played 45minutes of her 1 hour set to an empty hall. For SHAME
It’s awesome venue that tries to have some type of respect for each genre show they throw. Despite on the recent Delma I think they had I think they have a chance to actually be one of the best venues in the country. Love you radius but holy bring back the variety for the liquor.
