First time trying this vegan restaurant & everything was a 20/10 seriously! The fried avocado tacos were absolutely amazingggggg. The sauce that was on the tacos was super delicious! The nachos were very good too! The pico and guac on the nachos was very fresh and everything came out hot!
Came here on a Saturday night around 6pm. We ate outside (2 of us) and it was cold but the heat lamp did work! The food was all vegetarian or vegan, we started with the cauliflower wings. They were delicious, juicy, and sweet all at the same time. And it came with a green vegan ranch, incredible. I could have drank it (lol). For my meal I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich which was made with Hen of the Woods mushrooms and it was good. Not moist enough and not enough mushroom but good. My partner got a sloppy joe and Mac and cheese, he said it was “messy and nostalgic”. He enjoyed it. I also got a White Russian with a vegan cream and it was okay. My partner got a Bloody Mary and said it was very good. The service was so slow, it was an hour to get the food and another hour to pay. But the staff were nice.
This was my second visit in 2 months. 1st time I sat inside. Pretty close quarters, but friendly staff & customers. 2nd time was nice day, so sat in patio. My companions on both occasions enjoyed their food. I am vegan & I enjoyed my food as well. Nice that vegans & non vegans have a very good selection of meals in one spot. I had the vegan chimichanga.
Delicious! Good pub fare, plenty of interesting southwest-inspired entrées and a full brunch (or breakfast) menu! The chili was praised highly, and I can personally recommend the burger. There's a hip punk aesthetic to the dining room, open-air kitchen, and a nice long bar with seating. Best of all, nearly the whole menu comes vegan by default (except a small fish section) with dairy options available.
Came in on a Saturday at 12PM for 2 people and there was a wait list of 20–30 minutes & was exactly that (and worth the wait!). They used an app/link for the waitlist that allows you to see how many people are in line which was cool. Paid (main) street parking unless you find a rare free side street parking. They did not hold back on the heat for the Nashville Hot Fried Chicken. HOT and DELISH. Menu is 90% vegetarian with small fish menu. Tons of options — I’ll be coming back to try every single thing there. The only downside was the place was loud & crowded — can be overstimulating but the food and service made it worth it. Definitely check this place out.
