Super authentic with traditional furnishing, lovely service and breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor a little bit not a big issue so it was a wonderful stay. The foyer is quiet and a good meeting place.

Has been to this hotel once. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean except that it was a bit old. The safety locker was not working. The AC was a bit weak. However, the overall experience was positive and we will definitely go again if there is a chance.

The hotel was super traditional and so much detail everywhere. Our room came with a little balcony which was nice. We purchased breakfast and it was great. The best part was the omelets and staff said we could have as many as we wanted. The city tax does have to paid in cash they don’t take credit card. The aircon was not as cold as we need it only cool air came out. The bathroom can do a makeover is a little out dated.

I’ve stayed at this Moroccan hotel in Casablanca several times, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always welcoming and professional, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere feels truly Moroccan. It’s my favorite place to stay whenever I come to Casablanca. Highly recommended! 🇲🇦

We booked a one night stay on the night of 1st January. Regarding that our plane was late more than 2.5h and we spent more than 1.5h at the passport control at the airport we came at the hotel at the 4 AM barely standing from the exhaustion. The troubles then started. Gentleman on the reception told us that I made a wrong booking , that I reserved a room in the hotel of the same name, but in Marrakesh. I showed him my Agoda booking where it clearly stated that the room I rented was indeed in Casablanca. I then showed him my confirmation e-mail from Agoda, corespodence with the hotel (I asked a couple of queations regarding our stay, they only replied that they don't offer shuttle service from the airport) which the gentleman then photographed. My friend saw an e-mail from some third party agency that handled my booking, clearly that guy made a mistake. The gentleman then stated that this kind of problem happens often, Agoda sells your booking to someone else. He then gave us the room saying to me that I had to be down on the reception in 8.15 AM to talk to the booking manager, before our scheduled guided tour. I barely slept couple of hours before heading down to the reception. What waited for me downstairs was something that I never encountered traveling the world more than 20 years. The lady (if you could call her that) from the star had an attitude, was pissed that her colleague even let us in the room saying that he should't done that because I made a mistake and rented the room in the wrong hotel. I calmly tried to explain to her that I wasn't the one who made a mistake, showed her my Agoda booking and again correspondence with their hotel. She started yelling that it's not their fault either, convincing me again and again that I made the wrong reservation. When I tried to explain to her that's it's probbably the third party mistake she grabed the paper in front of me telling me that there is no problem with their partners. She then called someone and after 5 minutes talking in Arabic said that they will be so kind to neglect my mistake and that I don't have to pay for our room (which I already payed more than 3 weeks prior to the trip). I then told her that she is very rude, that I don't understand her attitude, I'm not sure that she even understood me regarding her English was non on a proficient level. I then again calmly asked if there was a possibility to make a later check-out, max. one hour later, arround 1 PM (the standard check-out time is 12PM), she literally laughed at my face. My friend and I were then forced to leave the room at 8.30 AM while the group from the guided tour waited for us. Once again, I have never had an experience like that with someone who works at the hotel reception. Her behavior is unaccptable, I was so angry that I forgot to ask her her name. I hope that future guests of Moroccan House Hotel will see this review prior to making a reservation. I will surely also contact Agoda to see what kind of problem was that.
