I really liked the location of Melliber hotel, which is very convenient and comfortable. The service was perfect from start to finish, and the staff were truly awesome. A Special mention goes to Hamza at the reception for his Professionalism, kindness and constant willingness to help. The Spa was excellent , clean, relaxing and well managed, adding a great value to my stay. The room was very clean and huge in size, the housekeeping staff were very attentive, Polite and efficient. Breakfast was good with a friendly team and delicious Moroccan Specialties that added a local touch including the freshly made Msemmen.

Great location and a modern hotel with a good breakfast. Room has a lot of small defects, checkin was not good. The price is 300MAD higher than online booking, he told us to book direct to get a good room. Then the card payment machine didn't work and they said we need to withdraw cash. Otherwise good. Perfect to visit mosque and sea.

The hotel isn't a luxury hotel but is very adequate. The main point really for us was the location. It is walking distance from the Hassa II Mosque, which was our intent to visit on the this overnight layover in Casablanca. The check in staff were friendly and help. The rooms are adequate and clean. The only issue was during breakfast where the waiter took the money and didn't bother to give change, like he asssumed the rest would be tip. Since compared to the total bill it was pretty high. It was eventually sorted out, but there was some hassle and it felt a bit scammy. Other than this, the other check in staff was nice, the hotel room was adequate and the location is great. I even had a good view from the mosque from my room!

The rooms were breathtaking. We couldn't visit the mosque because of flights limitations but the room had a beautiful view! 😍. Rooms were clean and breakfast came with lots of choices

I recently stayed at Melliber Appart Hotel Casablanca. The housekeeper (soad)was incredibly kind and friendly, which really made my stay feel comfortable. The room itself was amazing—clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The breakfast was not satisfying but the chef Yasser was smiling all the time and ready to assist you with anything you needed. However, the reception team was not very helpful and rarely smiled, which affected the overall experience. Good customer service at the front desk is important, and unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations this time. On the positive side, the location is excellent. The hotel is close to many places, making it easy to get around Casablanca. Overall, a mix of great housekeeping, a nice room, and a perfect location—balanced by disappointing reception service
