I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of basic customer care from this hotel. I made a reservation, but due to a serious and unexpected emergency, my mother had to urgently leave Morocco and was unable to arrive at the hotel. We canceled immediately after making the booking and informed both the hotel and Agoda. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel by email and phone, including speaking with their reservations center and management, we were ignored and received no real assistance. This is not just about a cancellation policy – it’s about basic human understanding in exceptional circumstances. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility or willingness to help at all. Very disappointing experience. I expected a much higher level of service and consideration. I will update after you wrote me, because I can’t comment… Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that I have the full written correspondence with Agoda confirming that they were willing to process the refund, but that the request was denied directly by the hotel. Agoda contacted the hotel more than once regarding this emergency situation, including after additional review requests and after supporting documents were provided, including a flight ticket showing my mother’s urgent departure from Morocco. Despite all of this, and despite the fact that the cancellation request was made immediately after the booking due to exceptional family circumstances, the hotel still chose to refuse any refund or flexibility. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that my mother has stayed at this hotel several times before and always had positive experiences in the past. I truly hope the hotel management will reconsider the situation with more compassion and understanding toward loyal guests facing genuine emergencies.

Very nice hotel and great location. 1 night stay we couldn't appreciate all services. However the little touch was great despite in our room for two, we only had one bathrobe and at checkout time there was one person only taking care of the guests
Conveniently located in central location of Casablanca. I only go there for drinks in the afternoon. There is indoor and outdoor. Mostly on the calm side if you are looking to make conversation this would be the right place.
The spa is lovely. Soukaina was an excellent masseuse. Very strong and professional.
