My first time visiting Morocco was truly memorable, and our stay at Hyatt Regency Casablanca from 28/04/26 to 01/05/26 made the trip even more special. The hotel is now my favourite hotel. The location was excellent, safe, and very convenient, with easy access to the Old Medina of Casablanca, as well as many nearby restaurants and cafés. The room and amenities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurants during the past few days. The reception team, security guards, housekeeping staff, and all hotel staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. I would especially like to commend two wonderful staff members, Oumaima and Hamdi, for their professionalism and exceptional hospitality. Oumaima impressed us greatly with her warmth and attention to detail. She remembered the type of coffee and tea we liked, always greeted us with a big smile, and was consistently polite and welcoming. She also shared helpful information about Morocco, including places to visit and sightseeing recommendations, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Hamdi was also extremely friendly and helpful. He was always there whenever we needed assistance and gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat, as well as advice on places that were unsafe to visit. His kindness and helpfulness made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Casablanca has become one of my favourite cities, and I will definitely come back again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. All staff were polite and professional with great service. Rooms were neat and clean. We booked a regency club room but since we stayed during Ramadan the regency club was closed. However, they had great alternatives! We were served happy hour with snacks (wine, sweet and salty snacks) at Cafe M in the evening and got free access to the breakfast buffet in the morning. Both were superb. We highly recommend this hotel!

I’ve traveled to many places across different countries, but this hotel truly stands out as one of the best I’ve experienced. From the exceptional service and delicious food to its perfect location, everything exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most, however, was the staff—they are genuinely amazing. Kind, helpful, and incredibly attentive, they often offer assistance even before you think to ask. Their generosity and professionalism made a lasting impression. I would especially like to thank Zakaria, who went above and beyond in every way. He did far more than what one would normally expect, and his dedication made my stay even more memorable. What truly sets this hotel apart, beyond its outstanding service, food, and location, is its people. Their warmth and care inspired me to write this review—something I never do.

This hotel understands the assignment. It’s giving I’m a wealthy diplomat who smokes cigars but I have a spa membership. The location is absurdly convenient. It’s right by the old medina, the tram, and all the French and Muslim chaos that makes Casablanca feel like it should feel. The lobby gives polished old school international luxury with enough Moroccan touches to remind you that yes, you are in North Africa and not a convention hotel in Ohio. The staff were genuinely sweet, and the gym, pool, and spa all felt consistently maintained, which in travel is rarer than people admit. Hotels usually pick one thing to care about. Here, the competence extended throughout. The property itself has been an iconic Casablanca spot since the 1970s.

First of all, the location is good, close to the nearby market and very convenient. The hotel staff and service were outstanding. We were on a family trip, and it was my husband’s birthday during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate his special day in a truly wonderful way. The lady manager (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was kind enough to accommodate one of my special requests, and I can’t thank her and the team enough for making the day so memorable for us.
