I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The front office team was incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and exceptional customer service truly made me feel valued throughout my stay. The food and restaurant experience were also outstanding. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, with a great variety of choices and impeccable service from the restaurant staff. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable experience. I will definitely come back again
The staff made our stay welcoming. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is well located. A special thanks to Mehdi for making our breakfast experience warm and hospitable.
Great stay at this hotel with my husband and children. Nice stuff especially Dunya from the reception. She is so kind and helped us very well.
Excellent stay! Meryam and Dounia were very friendly and hospitable. They offered water bottles and delicious cookies upon our arrival in our room. Beds were super comfortable too. Close to everything. 7 minute walk to train station and many local eats right around the hotel. Will definitely come back and refer to friends and family.
We had a lovely stay at Occidental Casablanca, the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and well kept. However, there was too much noise from outside which was annoying to say the least. On the other hand, the staff and service made up for that inconvenience as they were super professional and helpful, especially Mrs. Nouhayla Elkamal (apologies if I spelled that incorrectly). Huge thanks to her for assisting us with everything and being very welcoming.
