We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca and had a wonderful overall experience. One of the most important things for me when traveling is cleanliness, and our room was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The views were absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more memorable. The staff across the hotel were consistently warm, welcoming, and friendly. We especially enjoyed dining at Mint, the restaurant in the hotel. The lady manager there was incredibly accommodating, and our server, Amine, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our dining experience special. We also dined at Bleu, another restaurant at the hotel. There was initially some confusion because during check-in, the front desk representative did not explain that the restaurant operated as a buffet-only experience. We had believed it would be à la carte, which significantly changed the pricing expectation. Once we realized the misunderstanding and explained the situation, the manager at Bleu handled it very professionally and kindly accommodated us by comping our meal on our last day, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, despite the minor misunderstanding, we had a very positive experience and were impressed by the hotel’s service, cleanliness, beautiful atmosphere, and the staff’s willingness to make things right. We would gladly stay here again.

Our stay at Four Seasons Morocco was absolutely exceptional, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ahmed and Saeed! Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care during our breakfast at the hotel made our experience truly unforgettable. Ahmed and Saeed are a true asset to the Four Seasons team. They made us feel welcomed, valued, and at home throughout our stay. Customer service at this level is rare, and they delivered it with a smile every single time. Thank you, Ahmed and Saeed, for making our trip so special. We can’t wait to come back and see you again! Highly recommended – 10 stars if we could give them!

As family of four we stayed 2 nights over two rooms. We asked for our rooms to be close at reservation. They could not arrange but Mrs Samiya was very helpful to accommodate us. Also Yasmine at reception was very welcoming. Hotel is very well placed and is isolated from crowd of the city without being far. Rooms are very comfortable (bed, pillows, bathroom...). Pool is heated and enjoyable. We ate at both restaurants. At Kyub very good food plus Kyub's' team is exceptionally good. Public beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and accessible from the hotel but it's a pity that it's not clean (which is not hotel's) Garden to reach pool and Kyub is beautiful. We asked for taxi tour, Mohammad was great who also drove us to the airport at departure. Negative, Seaview is limited compared to the images.

Four Seasons Casablanca is a beautiful property with modern finishes, stunning ocean views and a nice pool. Walkable to a range of diverse restaurants (spanning 5-15 minutes on foot) or can easily use the house car to venture further out. Service was excellent throughout, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite. Would definitely stay again.

This was our home for 8 nights and the staff here truly made it so lovely. From the moment you enter the welcoming and authentic warmth truly shows the excellence and professionalism of the establishment. We loved staying here during a very stressful time and we couldn’t have chosen a better one. It’s sitting at the front of the ocean and you wake up to the sounds of the water. Incredible Iftar service, lovely room service and impeccable concierge. We had a wonderful time from the moment we stepped in.
