I loved this museum and I’m not usually a modern arts person. This museum is beautifully curated. The pieces are wonderful. It is open door and windows so it was a bit warm but then had fans.
We visited the Museo de Arte Moderno in Cartagena today and really enjoyed the experience. The museum, set in a charming colonial building, features a thoughtful collection of modern Colombian and Latin American art. It’s a peaceful, inspiring place that’s well worth a visit.
A lovely museum in an incredible historical building tons of fans keeping you cool as you look at the gorgeous art it is small but very high-quality I would recommend!
Some nice works of modern art here, by (mostly?) local artists. However, the price of admission is very high, considering how small the museum is and how little there is to see.
This is a fantastic museum, a fresh dive into the history of art in Cartagena, and some amazing craftwork from very talented artists.
