Offering an exquisite experience, adorned with elaborate and elegant nostalgia, romanced perfectly in the heart of festive ambience— from sailing to strolling through old town. Our waitress was a bit hesitant to step up in providing the service level expected but with consistent prompting, she soon realized, the need to adjust herself accordingly.

This dinner was out of this world. We received a fine dining experience while not being too pricey. We started off with a Ceviche and Tuna tartar which were SOO GOOD. I can’t stress this enough you need to get this. Next, we got the grilled octopus which was also amazing—especially the crunchy thing on top of it. What really made this experience amazon was our waiter, Wilmer. He executed perfect presentations and even went out of this way to take photos and a cinematic video of us at the table. I’ve never had photos this good of us as a family and I fully thank Wilmer for this. Thank you for this awesome experience and I would fully recommend this for others!

Had dinner at Restaurante Marea and had a wonderful experience. The outside seating was beautiful, overlooking the water and Christmas decorations in Cartagena. We ordered the nachos con mariscos, tartar de atún y casabe, and a couple more of appetizers to share, all of which were delicious. Our waiter, Cesar, was amazing, he helped make our experience great. He put in the sauces on the table and mixed them into the dishes and checked on us throughout the night, making sure all was well, very rare to find such good service. Highly recommended!

It's a very modern place - attractive enough but don't expect any Colonial charm or atmosphere. The corozo drink was good as was the pineapple dessert. I had a chickpea vegetarian dish for my main course, which while healthy, was not particularly tasty.

We had a wonderful experience at Restaurante Marea. The view is absolutely perfect, especially overlooking the bay, and the food was delicious. A great combination of ambiance, flavor, and service. Highly recommended when visiting Cartagena!
