Extremely hospitable staff, from our arrival to our departure. We asked to meet the chef as she met our expectations for the local cuisine. We enjoyed the company of other patrons who strolled in complimenting our plates. Tostones y Pescado was the order of the day for us. Great energy & vibe. Decor was bright & vibrant...
Busy place with efficient service. Atmosphere is loud. Dishes were quite tasty but fish dishes were generally overcooked. Shrimp is done quite well. Rice is nicely done. Overall good value meal experience
This hidden gem is fantastic! From the amazing food to the staff. Everything I experienced here made me and my friends come back two days in a row. I absolutely loved exploring the menu and interacting with the staff. Everything we had was great.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ La Mulata Vegan options in Cartagena, Colombia The food was solid, especially the vegetarian options. The arroz wok was really good and very plentiful, and the vegetales wok was a standout — well sautéed, flavorful, and cooked just right, not soggy or overdone. That said, while the dishes were enjoyable and filling, they didn’t quite rise to a “must-return” level, especially given the wait and overall experience. It’s a good option if you’re nearby and looking for vegetarian-friendly food, but not a place I’d go out of my way for.
This was recommended to us by a local. It’s one of the best restaurants we have been to in Centro and Getsemani. Relaxed atmosphere, a lovely courtyard in back, good service, really good ceviche and fish and the prices are almost as low as street food! It’s worth going just for the coconut lemonade. Don’t skip this one!
