This was an amazing experience. The hotel is perfectly located close to all, the architecture is just breathtaking, the guest rooms are only 7 and each of them are perfectly designed with amenities and comfort for a demanding guest. Rooftop pool was so nice, stunning views of the town and the cathedral tower. And the staff takes the emerald, everyone was super attentive to our needs and comfort, immaculate clean rooms and the entire house, checking in and arranging plans and transportation for us, and always with a smile and the will to go beyond what’s expected. Truly thank you for making our week vacation in Cartagena a very memorable one that we will never forget. Thanks to Dorian, Edgardo, Kevin, Ramon, and the entire staff. Gracias amigos! De corazón
We booked here last minute for two nights - and were so glad we did. The service from everyone was fantastic (particular shout out to Veronica who was so helpful), and really organised too. The hotel was super responsive over WhatsApp during our stay. Our room was lovely, super high ceilings with lots of great detailing and very comfortable bed. The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of everything, but is also a real sanctuary from busy Centro and surprisingly quiet once inside. Standout for us was the amazing rooftop and pool. Great views all around, lots of space to relax and eat, and a small pool to cool off. Really nicely done space and we spent a lot of time up top relaxing. Highly recommend - sad to leave!
Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. Breakfast was delicious with great variety, and all the facilities were clean and well organized. Exceptional service and attention to detail throughout our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience.
Cute place with a lot character and small and intimate. A couple of minor things like lower and products in shower and no blanket on bed but overall very nice. Roof top was nice and relaxing with a good pool and relaxing environment. Service and staff were excellent except one day our massages were 30 minutes late and the cancelled forcing a move to the next day. I would like to highlight Veronica, Dorian, Estela, and Claudia for their partially good service.
I ate lunch in there delightful garden restaurant. It was so perfect and Kevin and the chef came out to greet me and made me feel so at home. So important as a solo traveler from America. I had a wonderful shrimp pasta and a glass of very cold Prosecco life is good.
