Lovely food, burger was so flavourful and fresh, and such a lovely dhal, great smoothie. Support local businesses! This place is amazing, small amount of seating inside, lovely to take away and eat on the waterfront.
Sunshine has my favorite veggie burger of all time and I've had MANY. While the menu here is small, the flavor is not and this iconic veggie burger with the lemon sauce is incredible. It's a tiny shop in Sea Point with only window seats, so would recommend for takeaway or a quick meal inside!
One of our best meals in Cape Town! We got the ginger shots, burger on activated charcoal bun and a bunless burger — flavor was phenomenal!! Side of hearty daal. And so fun that they make their own sprouts. It is very small, and you wouldn’t know how good it is from curbside.
What an absolute delight! The food is so full of flavors and colors and nutrients, it’s 100% food for the soul and the body. Thank you so much for putting together these flavors and ingredients and building such a tasty plant-based menu!
At first I was a bit disappointed as they wouldn't serve chips with my burger, but when my dish arrived and I tasted the split pea dal, I instantly regretted having that thought! Their side dish is not only healthier, but also super tasty. Vegans can't leave Cape Town without trying their food!
