Hip hostel with modern dorms, rooms & studios, plus an outdoor pool, an eatery/bar & lagoon views.via Google

Good for travelers who want coworking, social spaces, and a central downtown base. It is practical for longer stays and remote work.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The atmosphere is a mix between a hostel, an auberge, a hotel, and you make lots of friends there! The pool is incredible, large enough to enjoy without being crowded, and very clean as well (they maintain it every morning). Muchas gracias especiales a Sandy (Sandra), tan amable! Ella siempre tiene una sonrisa! Thanks to Amy too for las bebidas de bienvenida! And thank you and bravo to the chef, the breakfasts were always very good. We will definitely come back.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the greatest start to our stay as we didn’t have a working toilet & the people at the front desk didn’t seem to want to help at all. We were about to request a refund through Expedia, then the front desk manager moved us to another room and everything has been great since. Natalia and Paula greeted us both with smiles, they were so friendly and welcoming, it’s made up for the cold service we’ve had so far. Still a good few days to go so hoping the service continues to improve! 😁

Amazing experience all around. I don’t exactly remember the price of booking but I remember booking it because it was the cheapest. I expected nothing special but I was wrong all around. The service was amazing. The common areas were abundant with a large outside pool and fairly priced drinks considering the location. One of the shining gems though was the baggage storage. When we checked in we were early so they let us put our bags in a dedicated locked free room. They offered the same service at check out while we’re waiting for our flight. Of course it’s not an everything included resort but the food nearby is amazing and downtown is just a 12 peso bus ride away. Oh last thing, when we checked in early, we went to the pool deck common area and within 15 minutes of sitting and enjoying the sun the bartender came over with free margaritas and introduced himself and made sure we were comfortable within the hostel. Shout out Salvador. I gave the rooms 4 stars because the window didn’t have a screen and with the mosquitoes it just wasn’t worth opening the window.

We had such a wonderful stay! Paola and Nadia were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even made us special customized welcome drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also took us to a night market, and we had a really great time spending time with them. The hotel environment is beautiful and relaxing. It’s very animal-friendly—you can see lots of lizards and birds around, which makes it feel close to nature. Sitting by the lake was especially peaceful and enjoyable.

This hotel really has a lot to offer and I would highly recommend for the price point. The location is fantastic, could not have been better in terms of near everything but the hotel itself is quiet and on a beautiful part of the area. The room was great, large and everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful, spacious, well cared for and absolutely loved seeing so many iguanas roaming around. The staff are very friendly and helpful, particular mention to Nadia and Paula who are very welcoming and hosted lots of different free activities for guest to enjoy. I would stay happily stay here again and would recommend for travelers looking for a slightly cheaper, but still great option.
