A good downtown choice when you want a more polished room than a basic business hotel but still want to eat and move around in Centro. It is one of the better value plays in town.

This is a nice place, free parking, 2 different medium sized pools, and a good variety of services. I don't like that they didn't disclose that they charge additional fees until after I booked AND I LOOK FOR THESE THINGS. So in the end I would have stayed elsewhere due to the additional fees. The free breakfast has a large variety and the food is OK. Way better than a lot of Costa Rican food (where I live) but not as good as other Mexican options. Everything was clean and well organized, and very helpful staff.
We stayed at Oh! Cancun for one night and were genuinely impressed. The hotel delivers excellent value without compromising comfort. The breakfast, drinks, and coffee were all great, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The location worked perfectly for us. Uber rides in Cancun are inexpensive, and getting to the Hotel Zone for nightlife cost around 10 USD. It was a convenient way to enjoy the area without paying the premium of staying directly in the zone. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic necessities were provided. The staff truly stood out—everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The pool setup is beautiful. We didn’t end up using it because the weather was cold and the water felt freezing. We had seen some reviews mentioning an extra fee to access the pool area, but in our case, we were given access at no cost—either it was included in our rate or simply not charged. There was no clear mention, but it worked out fine for us. If there’s one thing to note, it’s that the room we stayed in could use a bit of basic maintenance. Nothing major, just small updates that would elevate the experience even more. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Been to Cancun for the first time. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights because we wanted to explore downtown. The location is very convenient from the airport and main markets. There are 2 convenience stores just across the hotel. The property is well managed, nice and clean pools. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. All the servers were so nice. A huge thanks to Mario for helping us with everything. If you’re going to stay there he’s the guy!! Things to improve: Please keep microwave in the room or at-least in the lobby to warm up food/baby milk and mini fridge to store our food. Elevators are outdated and very slow. Overall, in this price Id definitely recommend this place.
My first time visiting Mexico. Overall, I had a really great experience. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and everyone communicated well in English, which made things very easy. The ambience of the hotel is beautiful, especially the lobby area, and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. One small improvement would be having a mini fridge or microwave in the room, which would make the stay even more convenient. The breakfast buffet was outstanding — a great variety of fresh options and everything you’d want for breakfast. The swimming pool area was also amazing, especially considering the price of the hotel. For the value, it’s honestly hard to find something like this. The location is convenient as well, with walkable access to nearby areas and easy buses to the hotel zone. I’ve seen some negative reviews online, but my experience was straightforward and very positive. Overall, it’s a great environment and a great hotel, and I would definitely recommend it.
This stay was extremely disappointing. A few hours after checking into my original room, I discovered a mosquito infestation with over 10 mosquitoes coming from the closet. I was constantly killing them. Around midnight I had to go downstairs and request a new room. While they moved me, the new room was a downgrade with no balcony, a loud street view, and a broken shower head extension that never worked even after maintenance came. I asked to switch rooms the next morning and was told to check back the following day. I did exactly that, and was told again to check back, but by the time it was time for me to check out, there was still never any availability. I was stuck in a noisier, less comfortable room for the rest of my stay due to an issue that was not my fault. The breakfast buffet was good and had plenty of options, but overall the customer service felt okay, not warm or accommodating, and at times it felt like I was bothering staff by asking for help. At the end of the day, your room is a huge part of your trip, and this did not meet expectations.
