We recently stayed at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun during shoulder season and overall had a great experience—the service, food, drinks, daily hydrotherapy, and atmosphere were excellent. It’s a beautiful intimate property, and we had a very relaxing time. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Renan from the lobby bar—fantastic cocktails, friendship, and service! We looked forward to sitting down with a drink from him every single night of our trip. He’s the best bartender at the resort. Shoutout as well to Jesus for impeccable service! We enjoyed all of our dinners, particularly at Bella and Blanc, and felt welcomed and cared for by all the staff, which made for a relaxing trip. One thing for other travelers to note that I wish we had known in advance of our stay—all of the chairs around the main pool (Sol Pool) are reserved daily for Diamond/high ranking resort members. As standard guests, we were ultimately able to get chairs around this pool later in our stay, but only by going through/tipping our butler and also the pool staff. It’s a pay-to-play system, which was surprising for a resort at this price point. I did not expect to be locked out of a main amenity at a luxury-level all-inclusive. Overall, we had a great time at Le Blanc and returned home feeling very refreshed. Thank you to all who made our stay so relaxing and memorable!
Had our first stay at Le Blanc Cancun. It was truly amazing. What makes this resort so special is it's well kept property, a tranquil beach and the top notch service provided by all the employees. It's a relaxing time for anyone who desires a beautiful view, great food and noteworthy service. It's as simple as that. Can't go without mentioning the exceptional service and kindness extended to us by Raul our butler and our wonderful waiters Melissa at Glace and Alberto and David at Terraza. Genuine ppl are gems and the resort is very lucky to have these guys. Will be back soon!
We had the best time at Le Blanc. The service and food was amazing. We loved all the restaurants, especially Yama and Bella that served delicious dinners. The staff was great! I’d like to give an extra Thank you to our Butlers. Saul on the 5th floor was outstanding! He was genuinely caring and always had a smile on his face. He always assisted us promptly willing to assist whenever possible with extra pillows, blankets or special requests. Roberto was equally great and would always answer our request promptly and efficiently. He would handle all our requests through texts or in person with a quick follow-up. We loved both of them for their amazing service and gracious hospitality. The pool area is amazing with the delicious ice cream shop, churro and taco stands too. The staff was efficient setting up your lounge chair and providing drinks, and so friendly. The staff at Kakao & Glacé were so kind and provided us delicious coffees, crepes and cookies every morning. We enjoyed seeing them and received excellent service. In particular, Francisco, Mercedes and Manuel were so friendly always willing to go the extra mile to make our morning experience wonderful. I will recommend LeBlanc to all my family and friends as the best vacation experience in Cancun.
TLDR; if you are paying full price anyway, look for another newer hotel that’s the same price. For sure you will be more satisfied. I have been to Cancun several times already, always went to Secrets or other Hyatt branded hotels. And so I wanted to try out another brand and also just because majority of the reviews online say this hotel is the best and the most luxury. Maybe my expectations are set too high or maybe the Hyatt branded hotels have already set a high bar for me, Le Blanc is such a disappointment in room, service, food and location. 1. When we checked in, there is no intro to the hotel and where everything is. The receptionist just provided us brancelets and didn’t even tell us they can be used as keys to our room. (The Secrets hotels I have been to did not use bracelets). We were so lost that we have to ask several staffs when we first arrived to get to our room and the restaurant. 2. The restaurants here provided non fresh fish and seafood. Clam shells are not opened and that’s how you know they use the cheap dead frozen seafood. Lumier restaurant supposed to be fancy and the most popular, but it was also a big disappointment. 3. The room was the biggest disappointment. Our shower did not have a shower door, and I understand that how new hotels are now, but Le Blanc’a renovation with the shower is a total disaster. After you take a shower, the water is all over the bathroom floor. My mom who doesn’t have good eyes didn’t see that, and almost slip coming out of the shower. 4. When I requested to switch to a room that has a shower door, we waited for a full day to get the new room. And I had to chase around and ask when the room would be ready. 5. There are barely any activities. There is a pickle ball court but no rackets🙃. 6. It’s too close to the Main Street and so you do hear street noise even with window close in your room if you don’t have ocean view. Anyway… I am just so disappointed and regrets that I chose this hotel to celebrate Mother’s Day with my mom.
This is my second time visiting Le Blanc, and they continue to amaze me with how special they make the experience. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and went over the top to make this a memorable trip. Enrique made everything so special, having us be greeted with cocktails upon check in, surprising us with various appetizers at Yama (which was delicious by the way), and leaving us champagne in our hotel rooms. The bartenders Ivan, Artemio, and Raul were so funny and found ways to connect with us beyond just a typical bartender. They were so welcoming and made the exerience so much more enjoyable than it already would have been. Our butlers Rodrigo and Antonio were amazing as well, providing such a positive and warm environment where I felt comfortable asking for their help/asking questions. The spa was a whole other insane, amazing, experience. The free hydrotherapy once a day truly took this trip above and beyond and all staff in the spa were amazing, creating a relaxing, calm, pampering environment. I love Le Blanc so much and want to go every year!!!
