The location is amazing. Preferred are the high floors. The hotel is clean, has amazing restaurants, the food was delicious. They serve shishas, the night view is awesome you're at Nile, there are many boats with music. The pool is clean, the spa is small but okay and you have a big gym again with a view. Each balcony is locked, but if you want, you can call the staff to unlock it for you.
I found this amazing hotel n Cairo. One of the best places in Cairo, the place is clean and organized. The place is located in Cairo, Egypt. And you can reach the location easily. I highly recommend this place if you are in Cairo. Wish you have a nice time here. This place is really good and if you want to spend a good time you can come here.
Location is lovelly Right at the tip of island with direct access to boats. You can rent a boat with deserts and drinks right from the restaurant table and jump right in. Lots or restaurants. And amazing live piano music in the lobby. I was planning to stay there by proces went up from 150 to 400$ per night in a span of two days. Than dropped to 250. This dynamic pricing is quite annoying. I stayed I Sofitel downtown eventually whi was more reasonable and wast driving prices as crazy as Sofitel El Gezira. The arrival experience is little bit mediacrate as the roads leading to hotel looks like warehouses or industrial areas. But once you step in lobby it's really nice. Hopefully one day I will visit Cairo again at a time of more reasonable pricing.
I had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel. The service was excellent, especially from Ahmed Reda and Norhan, who were very helpful and attentive. Room service was prompt and handled very well by them. At the lobby reception, Ahmed, Ali, Fahad, and Shrein were great—professional, friendly, and welcoming, which made check-in and interactions very smooth Overall, great hospitality and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I would like to tank MR Rami EL Shazli for his kindness and the professional , for he dealing with the any situation by professional way I’m really thank him for everything he did , and he made our staying very smoothly and easy , he really deserve full mak and the Sofitel should be proud of him and to have working man knows his job and carry responsibility well done Mr (Rami) And also I thank (Mr.Mahmud abdelstatar)🙏he is such very helpful as soon as I asked him I have issue he moved me from my room to suite no extra charge Mashallah the Egyptian is such very helpful and very nice I give him full mark for he handling the situation very quick and easy so no problem with any thing in the hotel the staff is so sweet and very polite and very helpful. I’m Husseinkhlil My room or actually my suite is 2016 I don’t how I thank yours really I felt very useless don’t do anything to show yours I’m very appreciated Again thank you for (mr rami ) and mr Mahmoud yours made our staying very smoothly so easy and enjoyable 🙏I recommend this hotel to anyone want safe and easy and enjoyable time my pleasure to deal with your mr rami and Mahmoud
