I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The place is incredibly cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The breakfast was amazing—fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day. It definitely exceeded my expectations for a hostel. What truly stood out was the staff. The receptionists were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay!

My rooms were both clean and have balconies with nice views of the city. The hostel is in a great location. Although the elevator sometimes malfunctioned it was remedied as soon as possible. But it is the Madina Hostel Team that was the best part of my stay and experience. They were helpful, attentive and warm. It was very easy to communicate with them even prior to my arrival. My airport transfer was waiting for me when I arrived in Cairo at almost midnight. They were always ready to assist the guests. As a solo traveler I never felt alone during my stay at Madina Hostel because of their warmth, kindness and assistance.

The place is in the city Center with access to variety of shops and services. It was managed well by a helpful and dedicated staff team. The only downside is the lift is very old with manual operating door. At time the lift was not stopped due to last user not closing the door properly. I was stucked once in the lift due to power outage.

My stay at Al Madina Hostel in Cairo was wonderful! It was my first time staying in a hostel and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with anything I needed. The hostel has a cozy and clean atmosphere that made me feel at home right away. The location is also excellent—close to many attractions and easy to get around. I met some great people during my stay, which made the experience even more special. If you’re visiting Cairo and looking for a safe, clean, and friendly place with a great vibe, I highly recommend Al Madina Hostel. I will definitely come back on my next trip!
