We keep coming back for more! My favourite restaurant in all of Egypt! We stayed in Egypt for 3 months and nothing has ever beat this place, neither for taste, portion or price! It’s simply amazing. The service is amazing, and Mohammed Said our waiter was so so helpful and sweet! Highly recommend, must visit in Cairo. We always commute here, even though its 40 min drive.
This was my first time trying koshari, and Koshari Abou Tarek did not disappoint. Despite the place being extremely busy and spread across five floors, the service was very impressive. The food was delicious, and I especially loved the lentil soup, comforting and full of flavor. A good first experience and definitely worth the visit.
This was a very unique Egyptian dinner. The restaurant was very busy but had 5 floors and so we got a table quickly. While it may not look the most conventionally delicious, It was phenomenally tasty and came with a whole demonstration too! We Would definitely recommend trying here. AMAZING value for money!! About 525 Egyptian pounds for 6 meals and 6 water bottles!!
The best Koshari in Egypt! We loved the atmosphere! Food was great and I had great recommendations from our host Mostafa Afifi, the Guava mint juice was refreshing. Mostafa was very nice and friendly. He threw a show for us that made our night! I highly recommend it!
Very nice little restaurant in the city center. They only serve one thing, koshary, and it is very tasty and extremely cheap especially if compared to European prices. The portion is also very good for the price you pay. The staff is very kind and helpful and they also put a bit of a show preparing your food if you are a tourist. I recommend visiting this place if you live nearby.
