I thought a lot before writing this review to be honest . First of all I will talk about the positives , the hotel is really luxurious with amazing location . The staff are really helpful and friendly and they weren’t looking for any tips unlike other hotels in Cairo . The rooms are spacious . Now I will talk about my experience ( hence the 3 stars I rated the hotel out of 5 ) I booked from a lovely Saudi application called Almatar in which I was given the choice to change the hotel anytime even just before the check in with no fee . So the receptionist gave me the details about the hotel / breakfast time / location of the facilities and then I was comfortable enough to check in . When I did so he just informed me that there is a construction work daily from 10 am to 6 pm ( my room was in the 19 th floor ) and I was reassured that the noice isn’t too bad at all and nobody complained about it . So I lost the chance to change the hotel or even the room , I asked about the possibility of changing the room to a lower floor to avoid the noise by my request was rejected . Anyways we spent the night in the that room then at 9:12 am the construction work started and was really loud in which we could sleep at all . I went to the reception and I asked them to change her the room ( I recorded a video of the noise and showed them ) but they said it’s not too bad and we don’t have another room … I contacted Almatar application and explained to them what happened then after 10 minutes I was told that I was upgraded to a superior room with a balcony ( nile view ) on the 12 th floor . I was really thrilled that at least I can avoid the noise . We went to the room and the noise was still there but better in fairness, however I could the cars horn on the street and the motor bikes noise too so noise from above and below 🙂. Anyways I tried not to bother as I was on vacation but sleeping wasn’t easy at night really . There was no warning or notification in regard to the construction work otherwise I wouldn’t complain much . Also I was surprised that the hotel lobby is tiny and always full . But overall apart from the noise the hotel is well recommended and I was told that it will be there for another 6 months minimum .

This is truly the Rolls Royce of hotels in Cairo. Its stylish, super and ooozes class… The staff over particularly friendly, the value is excellent and The Upper Deck Lounge is particularly good. If you want to stay somewhere and be impressed this is the one.

I would like to thank all the staff at the Four Seasons Hotel, and I want to highlight how truly wonderful my overall experience was. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the restaurant views overlooking the Nile at the Nile Plaza are absolutely beautiful. I also want to give special recognition to Ganna and Fady at the reception. They are incredibly sweet, professional, and welcoming. Checking in was smooth and effortless, checking out was just as easy, and Ganna even surprised me with a complimentary upgrade. The upgraded room had a fantastic view, which made my stay even more memorable. Thank you, Ganna, for the outstanding service, your kindness and professionalism truly stood out. As a frequent Four Seasons guest, this hotel in Cairo went beyond my expectations, and I will definitely be returning.

Came here for a business trip, service was good but not quite the magical 4 seasons that we have experienced world wide. Room was fine but felt dated and in need of modernisation. Amenities were ok but not high end. Beds as usual super duper comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, exotic and beautifully done. There was quite a noticeable smell of smoke throughout the building and this invaded the room as well which is unpleasant at night when trying to sleep. Lots of security at the entrance, bags have to be scanned. Overall a good 4 seasons and worth a stay when in Cairo.

Outstanding experience during our recent stay in Cairo. If you are planning a visit to Cairo I highly recommend staying at the four seasons Nile Plaza. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The spa was fantastic and the gym facilities were best in Cairo. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. But what makes this hotel stand out amongst the rest is the staff. They are so attentive, kind, and considerate. They are so helpful and willing to go the extra mile at every turn. They left us feeling completely at home and supported during our stay at all times. I can't thank the staff enough for providing us with such a wonderful experience
