I had a wonderful stay at Dahab Hostel. The reception team went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and well cared for, especially as a solo traveler. I booked the cruise tour through them, and they checked in with me every day, which was incredibly thoughtful. The airport pickup was very helpful and fairly priced, even though I arrived late at night. I’ve honestly never stayed in a hostel where the staff cared this much. I even got sick during my trip, and they were always supportive. Highly recommend this place! The breakfast is good and fair price, although the rooms are very basic but you will have privacy because all of them are single rooms! And the location is also very convenient.
It’s a nice place. Super super clean! All the hosts are quite helpful and kind. They have their tours every day with an extra charge (some are free like a basic Arabic class). They did not bother me and gave all the information I need. Definitely recommend to come. The single room does not have air conditioning so maybe become hot later. But for mid April it is cool. Not noisy with my earplugs.
We had an amazing holiday in Egypt thanks to Dahab. The hostel is very well located. All rooms are on the rooftop accessing from the terrace, which is so nice. The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful. As a family, we loved the hostel vibe. We had trips organised by Dahab and it was perfectly organised. Any request can be dealt with quickly thanks to WhatsApp communication. I strongly recommend Dahab if you stay in Cairo and want a simple, clean, chill place.
It is a hostel but it is a really nice one. The receptinists are very helpful. Some rooms are bigger than others but overall good. Very central location. It is on the seventh floor and the elevator goes to the sixth floor. So it is a hostel, don't expect a hotel. I would come back. A lot of guest like to chat. Some like it.
Very friendly and helpful staff, the rooftop terrace is lovely with plenty of places to relax, and the breakfast is good. The hostel also offers tours, which are well-organized and make you feel well looked after. I would highly recommend the desert tour (one night is plenty); it was a truly unique experience. Thanks for the great stay!
