The bartenders are absolutely the biggest Bs i have ever encountered in my 20 years of going out. The charge is surprisingly $20 which is good. It's a lot bigger than what I was led to believe. Good environment to dance at. But those bartenders are just atrocious. They need serious customer service training desperately, I will get updates as I come more often, my rating isn't permanent.

Some friends and I saw Sam Feldt here a while back. Sam Feldt was awesome but the DJ before him, I don't who it was, they were NOT good. My friend got a Tom Collins and it was 21 dollars which I thought was bad but not terrible (I’ve seen worse). We didn't have a table so it took us 30-45 minutes to get on the dance floor. The floor is way too small in this place. I wish they would take out some of the booths/tables and make room to expand the floor but I know they'll never do that.

Worst event operations I’ve ever experienced — I will not be returning. We purchased tickets in advance to see a specific performer, yet still had to wait 30 minutes outside in the cold while the venue allowed walk-up guests to enter at the same time. This completely defeated the purpose of buying tickets ahead of time. There was also an indoor space available where guests could have waited, but it wasn’t used. Once inside, things didn’t improve. Bathroom lines took another 30 minutes, which reflects poor capacity planning. It’s hard to understand how a venue of this size was designed with only two bathrooms, as it clearly isn’t sufficient for the crowd. The most frustrating part was the dance floor setup. Even with a ticket, we had to wait in yet another line to enter — despite the dance floor being mostly empty. It made no sense and disrupted the entire experience. After realizing there was yet another line just to access the dance floor, we finished our drinks and decided to leave. I’ve seen this same DJ at Big Night Live and had a completely different (and much better) experience, which makes this venue’s operational issues even more noticeable. Overall, extremely poor crowd management and venue operations. I would not recommend.

Saw Krewella perform there the other day and was a little nervous going in seeing some of the reviews regarding security being a little strict. The email when I got my mobile said there was a dress code for the concert but there wasnt one being enforced, might want to clarify that for certain shows. Other than that the security was polite and professional. One drawback to this place is the size of the dance floor, security will prevent people from going to the floor if its too full. Although men, your experience may differ if you dont have a woman with you (like most clubs tbh).

I went here to see Jessica Audiffred on 4/24 and it’s one of if not, THE WORST venue in Boston. Wristbands for GA? Get the heck out with that bs. For a venue that’s structured similarly to Big Night Live, they should not be treating it like a vip club. They treat this venue too much like a club instead of a proper venue. Too much of that section culture crap. The only good things about this venue is the atmosphere, the bathroom service, and the acts that come here and even then, it’s still not enough for me to come back. I’m never going back there EVER AGAIN!
