If you think great ramen needs meat, this place will completely change your mind. This fully vegan ramen spot is an absolute gem! From the first sip of the broth, it was clear how much care and depth goes into every bowl. The broth was rich, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly flavorful—comforting, satisfying, and not heavy at all. Quick service. Typical downtown place small tight place, no stroller allowed. Only service animals allowed. Seating insides the restaurant is capped at 45 mins. Fast moving restaurants. Groups/parties can only be seated after your order is placed. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or simply a ramen lover looking to try something new, this place is a must-visit. It’s proof that plant-based food can be bold, comforting, and deeply satisfying. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu! 🍜🌱 spiced to perfection.

I’ll be honest — I wasn’t sure what to expect walking into a ramen spot with no meat on the menu. But Red White Boneless Ramen on Newbury Street completely won me over, and I left wondering why I waited so long to try it. This is not your typical ramen, and that’s what makes it special. Every bowl is crafted with rich, complex broths built entirely from vegetables, aromatic herbs, and premium plant-forward ingredients — and somehow the depth of flavor rivals anything you’d find at a traditional ramen house. The smoky ramen in particular is something else. Bold, layered, and seriously satisfying. You won’t miss the meat, I promise. We arrived around 10pm and there was still a line out the door — on a weeknight. That says everything. But the staff were genuinely impressive, efficiently shuffling tables to fit our group while also accommodating smaller parties of two at the same time. No one seemed stressed, no one made you feel rushed. The energy was welcoming and the operation was smooth. The vibe matches the location perfectly. Newbury Street is known for its aesthetic cafes and buzzy scene , and Red White fits right in — casual, hip, and clearly the kind of place locals have made their go-to for late night eats. The flavors are unlike any ramen you’ve tried before, and the portions are generous. Meat eater or not, get here. You’ll understand the hype after the first bowl.

Love a vegan ramen place! We found great parking and there wasn’t a line for us. We got the miso ramen and the garlic ramen, my only feedback is for more veggies. There was only corn and green pea shoots. Which considered this is a vegan place more veggies would make this a 5 star experience. Even just mushrooms or peppers or anything really!

We’ve tried three soups here—No. 3, No. 5, and my boyfriend had No. 7. My favorite is definitely No. 3, but the yuzu one is also really good. The broths are rich and full of flavor. Overall, it’s a great spot for vegetarian ramen. Everything we tried was delicious, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vegetarian option! P.S. I forgot to take photos (as always) 🤣🍜

All vegan and vegetarian folks who have not been able to find a good ramen, this is your place! Loved all the ramen we tried and the sides too. Definitely try one of their rolls and they don't have seaweed in them! When ordering spicy hot ramen, ask for medium spice. For all the other ramen, you can go spicy or ask for chilli oil. These are my favs - spicy hot (medium), truffle salt (with chilli oil) and Japanese curry (with chilli oil). It's a first come first serve basis. There is usually a wait time here. We tried this place once around 6.30 PM and at around 8.00PM. Both the times, we waited for about 20mins.
