I have heard a lot about Moo but never had gone yet. Was impressed and hype to be there. We were instantly greeted by the host really nicely and were brought to our table in the back section. Which I honestly enjoyed. The ambience was so really warm and inviting. My ideal type of ambience, dim lighting, loved it. The food was genuinely delicious. Everything was a 10/10. Well worth the price point and the hype around Moo. Service was also a 10/10. Our server was extremely professional and not pressuring us about anything…. We needed some time to look since we were in conversation. I also knew someone from the past, Crisman! He is the best of the best and was really grateful to run into him and he made sure we had a great time as well and enjoyed everything. Would definitely come back. Great place for a date, a business meeting or like a celebration.
Absolutely loved our dinner experience here. We did some research while visiting Boston, looking for a great steakhouse for a date night and we definitely found it. The ambiance was exactly what we were looking for and the service was excellent. It is dimly lit, but we didn’t mind. The food was amazing! We started with the wagyu dumplings which were delicious. I ordered the American wagyu cap, and my girlfriend ordered the bone-in ribeye. Both ordered medium, and both cooked to perfection. Hands down the best steak I’ve ever had and I’m not exaggerating! My pictures don’t do it justice lol I’ve been to quite a few steakhouses but this was the best cut I’ve ever had; and cooked perfectly. Served with this incredible in-house butter to let melt on top, which I highly recommend doing. We also ordered a side of tater tots and creamed spinach. All super tasty! And I would highly suggest saving room for dessert if you have a sweet tooth. We ordered the milk and cookies it was absolutely heavenly. Overall, incredible experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely steakhouse dinner.
Wow! Best steak ever! Myself and my partner made a reservation (very important 30 days before you intend to visit the restaurant is on the smaller side and gets busy) to celebrate our upcoming wedding and the food was amazing. We began with the beef carpacio which is huge and easy to share and fun! It was delicious with tangy mushrooms and a truffle sauce great start. The BREAD...🤯 its worth coming to the restaurant for this alone. Super soft like a cloud warm tasty and with a small hint of sea salt just devine! We then had a steak each my partner had an 8oz fillet i went for the 24oz porter both cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth goodness we also got Parmesan fries and carrots as a side dish. Best damn carrot ive ever had! At one point my partner said i feel dizzy because all the food is so good! Nelson was our server who was attentive and not too serious which we enjoyed his playfulness. We also met the Restaurant Manager Andy on the way in and he was also really friendly and chatty. Overall yes it's pricey but you get what you pay for and it was a fabulous meal.
Excellent. The steak I had (Wagyu Cap Cut) was perfect as were the sides, desserts and drinks. A great wine list. Right in the heart of downtown off the financial district in Beacon Hill, it’s a great location obviously and it caters to Boston’s elite and business travelers with no cap on their expense budgets. Lots of regulars seem to be there….. friendly service at the bar. It’s worth the splurge for a special occasion .
We’ve been meaning to dine at this restaurant for quite sometime and we finally did on my wife’s birthday. We are both happy to say that it was a great dining experience. We started with Oysters, Seabass Ceviche, calamari and Lobster bisque. Ceviche was refreshingly delicious. Highly recommend. Filet mignon and Hen with broccolini for the main course. Both delicious and highly recommend as well. The Hen dish was big and I appreciated that. I’m telling you some restaurants will charge you a lot and you are not even full at the end of your meal. That wasn’t the case here at Moo…in fact it was the opposite- i had to pack a to-go box. Also, forgot to mention, their bread roll…the best roll I have ever had. I could eat that bread all day. Finally, we ended our meal with a big piece of delicious chocolate cake. Paul Hollywood would shake that baker’s hand. Overall 5 stars!
