Amazing views and consistent food and drinks. The salmon bowl had great flavor. Not fine dining, but laid back and chill and good service. Lovely views of the harbor, both in the day and at night.
We didn't eat or drink here but the staff were very welcoming and the location was great. The rooftop bar is a great chil spot and a great photo opportunity.
Very nice rooftop bar with a VIEW! Food selection was appetizers and the quantity was for big group wasnt that great. Overall the drinks were good! Very friendly staff, guests and nice atmosphere. The view was the best! Recommend to go there and try.
Extremely disappointing experience. As someone who works in the service industry, I was shocked by how unprofessional the staff was. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were being judged based on our appearance rather than treated as paying customers. The service was rude, inattentive, and dismissive. Our table was largely ignored while staff seemed focused on older groups around us. When we did receive attention, it felt forced and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, our party of 4 was charged an automatic gratuity, despite the menu clearly stating that auto gratuity applies only to parties of 6 or more. When combined with the poor service, this felt completely unjustified and left a bad impression. This was a complete missed opportunity for what could have been a great experience. A rooftop venue should offer hospitality and professionalism to every guest, regardless of age or appearance. Unfortunately, this establishment failed on both counts. I would not recommend it based on our experience.
Terrible customer service and missed opportunity. We requested an igloo for one hour. The igloo was wide open, completely empty, and stayed unused for well over an hour while we were there. Despite this, the manager refused to allow us to use it, claiming there was a future reservation—even though no one was currently using the space. As someone who has worked many years in bartending and restaurants, this was extremely disappointing. Good hospitality is about flexibility when possible. We were more than willing to pay—even for 30 minutes to an hour—yet they chose to leave the igloo empty instead of accommodating paying customers. I understand rules and reservations, but there are times when smart customer service means making reasonable adjustments between bookings. Leaving a premium space unused, losing revenue, and sending customers away frustrated is bad business. For a Boston-area establishment, this level of service was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience guarantees we won’t be returning. And yes, this just happened right now. I’m walking out as I’m posting.
