Incredible. My friend and I go to a different steak restaurants once a month,, this by far was the best one. From the moment we sat in our chairs to end of the evening, the service was impeccable. Chris was our waiter, he was friendly and on the ball as was his assistant. The food was amazing, the meatballs were even better than the meatballs in the North End. The salads fresh and flavorful. The steaks were perfectly cooked. The bread is a must. The chocolate cake was so moist and the hazelnuts just were over the top. The atmosphere was nice, the music had a nice beat. This is now top of our list.
Above all, excellent service. The cowgirl ribeye was cooked to perfection, thick, and juicy. Really a perfect steak. Drinks were great, even the off menu dirty martini. And these pastas - outdoing most Italian restaurants in Boston. Music and ambiance was perfect, not a stuffy steakhouse. Would easily come again if I can get another reservation.
Maple & Ash absolutely lived up to the hype. The entire experience felt upscale without being stiff, and every course was dialed in. The seafood was incredible, the steak was cooked perfectly with an unreal crust, and the desserts were the kind you keep talking about after you leave. The Caesar salad and the bread service were also way better than they had any right to be. You can tell a lot of attention goes into every detail here. Big shoutout to Megan for the service. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and somehow perfectly balanced being professional while still making the table feel relaxed and fun. Service like that genuinely elevates the whole night. Definitely one of the best dining experiences in Boston right now. Worth the reservation.
OMG If you want a legit fine dining experience, go to Maple & Ash. We were so fortunate to get an invite to their pre-opening seating. This restaurant is brand new, but the staff are consumate professionals. The atmosphere is so warm, rich and inviting. Grab a cocktail at the bar before you take your seat and ease into the ambiance they have cultivated. Our wedge salad was so crisp and amazing. We tucked into some dry-aged meatballs as well. These balls were delectable! I had to stop myself from gobbling down too much, I needed room for our tomahawk. I love their juicy, perfectly cooked steaks. Do yourself a favor and ask for "pillows of love" as a side. It will go well with anything you're eating. They are amazing. The Somm picked a deliciously filthy wine for us to wash down our feast. Maple & Ash has done it again. A big thank you to the staff for an absolutely wonderful evening!
Went here with a friend and all I have to say is that everything was immaculate from start to finish. The service, the ambience, the food, the drinks, everything was 10/10., literally zero complaints. stand out dishes were the wagyu carpaccio, milk bread, cowboy ribeye cap steak, and ricotta pasta(idk what it was but it was incredible) everything was amazing. Special shout out to, Leah at the front desk, Derek our server and Andrew our sommelier!!! Will 100 percent be back
