Rococo-style town hall built in the 1730s with preserved tapestries & oil paintings.via Google
A striking pink-and-gold Rococo town hall on the market square, where global leaders have historically signed the city's golden book.
- Good to know
- Exterior viewing only; best photographed in the morning light.

Lucky to be here on the day of carnival. A truly magnificent historic building. It was closed. Brogue designs throughout the building. All set to receive floats of various characters.
the old municipality building of Bonn city dated to the 18th century. decorated by flags, golden hour and statues it is surrounded mainly by food markets and lot of stuff to buy. worth a visit while in Bonn.
It is a very picturesque city hall but as said by some - it falls under ''typical'' and ''standard'' category of city halls, something you would expect to see in many German cities. Regardless of that, it's worth to stop by (even though you cannot do a tour inside) and admire the stunning well preserved rococo exterior or/and enjoy lunch in one of the restaurants located on the Marktplatz.
Very nice rococò style City Hall, that was built between 1737 and 1738 by the court french architect Michel Leveilly, who was inspired by the Augustusburg Castle in Brühl in designing the building. I don't think it's possible to visit it on the inside.
Nice place in the middle of Bonn city center. Around the plaza there are small metal insert with the name of famous German citizen. Interesting the reminder about De Gaulle visit. Every clean and efficient. Around there are a lot of restaurant and hotels
