The best hotel we have ever stayed at! Luxurious, elegant, and incredibly stylish. The staff are extremely attentive, always ready to help, and genuinely kind. At breakfast, in addition to the very diverse buffet, you can also order a main breakfast dish from the menu — omelets, Eggs Benedict, pancakes, gyoza, and much more. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and offer lovely views. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with a cake and a handwritten card delivered to our room, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. The hotel is located right next to the zoo, with the metro station very close by, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. There is also a huge beautiful park nearby that we absolutely fell in love with. We absolutely recommend this hotel. A huge thank you to all the staff, and we wish you a wonderful day!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were large with two double beds, table and chairs. It had tea/coffee making facilities with in room safe. The rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were warm and friendly at reception. The Concierge were excellent. Very knowledgeable on dining, transport, things to do and places to see. Very helpful. The only downside was the Cocktail Bar. Very expensive, no presentation or decoration on the drinks and quite loud.

I stayed at the hotel twice, during the Christmas season and in April. The team has been great during both stays. The check-in was smooth, and I got a room with a great view both times. The staff walked to my room and told me more about the amenities. The breakfast had lots of options, and I was regularly asked if I needed anything. I used the sauna in December, which was nice during the cold weather. The spa and gym were undergoing renovations in April, which they informed me ahead of time. They had a partnership with a neighboring hotel, where I could use their spa. I personally like their beds a lot. It is a great feeling waking up and enjoying the view of the city.

My experience at Waldorf Astoria Berlin was excellent. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and offers a truly high standard of quality. The room was great — very clean, well organized, and the view from the window was amazing. Waking up to such a beautiful view of Berlin made my stay even more special. The hotel bar is definitely my favorite in Berlin. The atmosphere is sophisticated, the drinks are excellent, and it’s the perfect place to relax. The staff were also outstanding — very polite, attentive, and professional. The service truly made a difference. I would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay there again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
