We originally came to The Bird in 2013 and it was the best burger we’d ever had. I checked the reviews before we went again and they were still good. Not true sadly. I’m sure it used to be two thin succulent burger patties but now it’s just one big one and it was so tough and dry. I ordered mine Medium and it was still pink inside but so hard on the outside. It also didn’t really taste of much; like the meat hadn’t been seasoned. We were the first table in there so it wasn’t busy at all; only one other table. My mum got the club sandwich which she said was okay. I would normally complain but I was so hungry I just needed to eat something. It was really disappointing. The only saving grace were the fries! They were 10/10 and perfectly seasoned. And the service was also good. The team were very friendly. But overall a really unsatisfying visit I’m afraid.

Wend there based on recommendation the place was a bit crowded during week day one girl got us to long table , one big guy showed and gave us instructions this table is shared table in a serious tone we said we dont mind he might be chef or owner dont know , waitress was nice gave us recommendations I got burger and my partner got 250 gm steak medium rare, burger was too big not easy to byte looked small sandwich but I was full after ate it , was tasty , pure meat , steak was tender and juicy, price not cheap for steak its per 100gm min 250 gm , I asked to take video for reviews waitress said will ask owner then came and said owner allows you to shoot from your place, its something for them unless they have enough customers and d9nt need more , i didn't like , anyway food ok , pricy , good vibes in the place , give it a try if you nearby

Excellent burger spot. The patty is outstanding, thick and high-quality, almost like a steak. They ask for doneness, and it definitely leans on the rarer side, so if you prefer it more cooked, I’d recommend ordering medium. The meat quality is top-notch overall. Fries are special as well, seemingly double-fried like in classic French restaurants, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Had their Keller beer: straightforward, clean, and easy to drink. Simple, well-executed, and very satisfying.

The Bird in Berlin is hands down my favorite burger place ever! Their BBQ (any any other) burger is absolutely amazing - juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked every time. The homemade fries are the perfect side, crispy and delicious. Chris, one of the waiters, is fantastic - always friendly and makes sure the service is spot on. Luckily, I live not too far from The Bird, so I get to enjoy it regularly. Highly recommend!

It’s an old school pub atmosphere, I’m not so sure one can easily tell that it’s specifically a German pub but you are likely to feel very comfortable here in any case. The beer selection is nice and a bunch of American staples certainly fit the bill. It is, however, the burger that I loved every time when I came here. The meat is nice , perfectly juicy and beefy. The toppings are generous and mostly pleasurable. A ton of grilled onion on top certainly helps. So it’s soft yet within proper set of optimal taste and texture parameters. It also doesn’t leave you wanting another burger ever. Would I come here again? Absolutely
