The hotel is cozy and comfortable. They offer nice amenities and organic shampoo and conditioner. The service is also sweet. Bed is comfortable. Room is not huge but enough for a short stay. Price point is towards the higher end. Sitting at a street with loads of food options with a nearby supermarket. Breakfast is good with a higher price tag. The coffee cups are very cute. Recommend the Rosti.
Amazing hotel in a fantastic neighborhood. I made a booking mistake (completely my fault), and Marcel (front desk manager) went above and beyond to help resolve it quickly and professionally. Incredible service, great room, and an overall excellent experience. Highly recommend.
Modern, kind, dog friendly. All of the staff went above and beyond, but special thanks to Simone from housekeeping and the bar staff for customizing the spicy Madonna cocktail to perfection, and Marcel at the reception.
Great hotel. Very comfortable and clean rooms. You have to ask them to do your room. But everything else was great.
A hidden gem. Super clean, extremely polite and professional staff, rooms are spacious and quiet and the breakfast is incredible. Will absolutely come again and highly recommend it.
