We came from adlon Kempinski desden and from there to this one in Berlin. Big fans. This one is very nice and front desk lady was so friendly. Good cigar bar called elephant bar. Bar area super relaxing with piano player. The rooms were spacious and great. Very good location. Would highly recommended.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. Our deluxe room was a good size and well equipped although slightly tired in a few less obvious locations. The spa area is lovely and kept clean and tidy. Service in the Elephant bar was excellent and we felt very well looked after. We also really enjoyed breakfast, there is something for all tastes and there were no queues at all. Our only slight frustration during our stay was that service felt a little slow in the lobby bar however this did not detract from our stay and we will certainly return.

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever seen. Everything is perfect, everyone is kind and professional. Rooms fantastic, lobby super, pool and spa , heaven in earth. I am so happy and I hope to come back. Room service top. Elisabetta Bellazzi

Perfect hotel if you want 5 star service and great location. Thank you for the beautiful roses and champagne to celebrate our special week. I would also like to express my appreciation to Hotel Adlon for sending on my forgotten cosmetic case (my fault!🥴) to our Copenhagen hotel. We will be back!

Our experience at this hotel was completely ruined by the behavior of the front desk staff. While sitting with my family enjoying dessert at the hotel’s coffee area, two of my teenage children politely went to the reception desk to ask where the restrooms were located. Unfortunately, the receptionist responded in a rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional manner. She raised her voice, spoke to them with disrespect, and used offensive and humiliating language. No guest—especially a child—should ever be treated this way under any circumstances. This behavior shows a total lack of basic hospitality, courtesy, and training. A hotel that allows staff to scream at guests and treat families with such disrespect should seriously reconsider its customer service standards. When my son came back from the restrooms, the same hotel receptionist came back, alongside her staff member, and began lecturing him on the rules of the hotel, raising their voice, and even saying outright they didn't belong in the hotel. We expected a welcoming and family-friendly environment. Instead, we left feeling upset, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. The rest of the hotel staff was indeed helpful and nice, but the two at the reception completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone who expects basic politeness and professionalism.
