Great place and experience! I stayed there with my friend, and there were three other guys (room for 5-mix). The bed was nice and comfortable, basic but good enough for the price we paid. The location is great, close to the train station and bus stops. The best part was the staff, amazing people and very kind, especially Marija! We’ll definitely be back.

First couple nights were totally fine. However they double booked the room and came back to find my bed was taken. Beds weren’t labeled and they weren’t able to do anything about the person that moved all my stuff. Completely unacceptable.

I’ve visited many hostels in Berlin and this one is one of my favourites! Clean and affordable. My experience here only got better with the exceptional service from Roman! He is too kind and makes the guests feel very welcome during their stay. It can be hard to experience service that stands out nowadays but Roman delivered it. This place is lucky to have him! See you next time :)

Terrible place, two school group of around 100, 13-14 year old kids shouting and screaming with no respect for other guests. Their teachers sitting there doing nothing and reception says basically ‘tough’… Stay far away from this place… there’s no guest kitchen, no kettle, no fridge (the one locked away in luggage room does not keep food cold). It could be good, but the owners seem more interested in money than providing a good hostel

Booked a bed weeks in advance. I arrived late and couldn't let them know because I was in the plane. Decided to spend some time in the city during the night. Then I received a cancelation e-mail. I called and explained the situation. I was told that now it's fully booked and that I don't receive money back. I was adviced to book a bed in the same Hostel on a different location, but I would havr to pay again. Might have been a good hostel otherwise.
