Really enjoyed my stay here. The location was fantastic with the main Hutong street nearby with lots to do. The staff were really friendly and it was clean.
The truth is that I was regretting having chosen this place to rest and take a shower before leaving for the airport... I practically didn't sleep because of the heat... apart from that the bathroom was very dirty! A good thing is that it has a shopping street just outside the hotel... but I didn't like the room I got at all! If I had known I would have slept at the airport and not left my money in this place! The staff that serves you friendly, but the rest I had no luck!
Wonderful location in a historic area, close to a stop on Beijing's fantastic metro system, and walking distance to many popular sites. Staff are helpful and speak English. Hostel rooms are clean and bright. A bit challenging at night and in the morning with only one sink for an entire floor, but this is a small inconvenience. Would highly recommend this for a stay in Beijing. Attached restaurant cafe is lovely, a bit on the expensive side though.
Great value for money. The common rooms are more than bearable and common toilets are clean and fully working. Also at walking distance from Nanluoguxiang subway station. The cafeteria features Italian-styled espresso and cappuccino, if you need some Western comfort after whole a day out in Beijing. Expect bad to no English spoken at the reception desk.
Such a lovely Hostel!!! Best hostel I have ever been to to be honest!! Such a pleasant and warm atmosphere with all those pretty flowers and plants all over! The location is ideal, on Nanluoguxiang, 3 min away from the MTR. The rooms are extremely quiet and clean and they give us a lock. The hostel has a wonderful cafe / restaurant / bars where the pasta and the cocktails are just sooo gooood! And a lovely rooftop with a very nice view! The staf also is so helpful and kind! I warmly recommend!!
