I had the pleasure of staying at the W Barcelona for my birthday before embarking on a cruise, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and accommodating—from the valet upon arrival, to the concierge team at check-in, to the restaurant and bar staff throughout the property. What truly stood out was how they recognized my birthday and went out of their way to make me feel celebrated and special. The hotel itself is the perfect blend of luxury and modern sophistication. The property is impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and offers breathtaking views of the ocean and beach. W Barcelona delivers an elevated experience with outstanding service, stylish surroundings, and an atmosphere that makes every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next visit to Barcelona.
An absolutely amazing stay at W Barcelona. The hotel exceeded all expectations from the moment I arrived. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the Barcelona skyline. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. The service was truly top-notch—every member of the staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the facilities, including the pool and rooftop areas, were outstanding. If you’re looking for luxury, exceptional hospitality, and one of the best experiences in Barcelona, W Barcelona is the perfect choice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. 10/10.
We stay at W Hotels all around the world, and I have to say this is by far the best location we’ve visited. Sitting right on the ocean, the views from the room were absolutely incredible. The rooms themselves were just okay, but renovations were underway, so it was great to see the hotel being proactive about upgrades and improvements. I can’t wait to visit Barcelona again just to stay at this hotel. The Wet Bar has reopened and makes for an amazing beach club experience. A special shoutout to Noelia — she was immaculate, incredibly helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. She went out of her way every single day to make sure we were well taken care of. The location is wonderful — within walking distance of the beach, great eateries, and shopping areas. Definitely a must-visit hotel when in Barcelona
Great location if you’re into the resort lifestyle. The service here is 11/10 but my room didn’t have a bathroom door or any semblance of sound proofing, and was next to the lobby which plays music full time. The property was apologetic because they were unable to reaccomodate me anywhere else.
Staying at the W Barcelona is nothing short of an absolute amazing and outstanding experience: Gorgeous, newly renovated hotel rooms, outstanding views of the city, and a very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating staff. I must give a particular compliment to Mohammad at the front desk. We arrived early in the morning and he made us feel comfortable and welcome from the second we arrived with service that exceeds the high standards set forth by W/Bonvoy. The restaurants/beachside bars as well as the poolside atmosphere are all spectacular. Highly recommend staying at the W for your next trip to Barcelona.
