Liked · The hostel is fantastic, mainly because of its strategic location: it's right next to a metro station and within short walking distance of several points of interest. The staff deserves a special mention; they are always very helpful and ready to assist. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the bathroom was a pleasant surprise for being quite spacious. The lounge is a very cool space, perfect for socializing and making new friends. The kitchen is functional and offers the basics needed for quick meals. I heard some praise for the breakfast, though I chose to explore other options. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again! Disliked · In the rooms, the beds lack privacy curtains, which is essential in a shared environment. Additionally, there is no specific place to leave shoes before entering, which ends up making the dorm dirty, nor is there proper space to hang towels, which don't dry completely and stay damp during the winter. As for the common areas, the lounge is cozy, but the experience becomes a bit annoying due to the prohibition of drinks; the bar area is underutilized and could be much better used for consumption. Lastly, the kitchen is extremely limited, offering only the bare basics.

if staying in a hostel you must wait 1 hr to check in and if you want to do laundry good luck cause you also have to wait in that line. service desk was very slow and the rooms are overly hot. bathrooms have nothing in them but toilet paper. would not stay here again

I stayed in a private room for four from May 12-18. I couldn't sleep until late at night due to the noise of girls on the same floor from May 14-17. At this time, I went to the front desk and complained, but I was disappointed by the unkindness of the front desk female employee. She didn't try to solve the noise and didn't change the room. I told her to move to an eight-person room, even though it was a private room. I've emailed my hotel manager several times, but I haven't received a reply yet. I stayed in my private room at a high price, but I couldn't sleep because of the noise and it was so uncomfortable. My stay was defined by a compelling contrast between cutting-edge comfort and one significant, sleep-disrupting oversight. The sleeping quarters were a marvel of modern hostel design, featuring ingenious personal niches that offered a surprising sense of space. Each berth was outfitted with brilliantly convenient individual reading lights and power outlets, allowing me to charge my phone without ever leaving the cozy confines of what were, without exaggeration, the most comfortable beds I've encountered in my travels. The crisp, clean bedding and the gentle hum of effective air conditioning created a near-perfect sanctuary from the vibrant energy of the city. However, this sanctuary was profoundly compromised by the complete absence of a simple curtain. This single flaw made for unexpectedly rough nights, as the lack of a visual and acoustic barrier left me exposed to the inevitable disturbances of a shared dormitory—the glare of a latecomer's light and the sounds of a fellow traveler's snoring. It was a stark reminder that no amount of technological convenience can replace the fundamental privacy and peace a basic curtain provides. Despite this nightly challenge, the human element of the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was consistently top-rate, radiating a genuine warmth and helpfulness that truly set the tone for the entire community. Their unwavering dedication was the backbone of a wonderfully social atmosphere, where connecting with fellow travelers from around the world felt effortless and enriching. They were the undeniable highlight, masterfully balancing professional efficiency with heartfelt hospitality.

This is the worst hostel I’ve ever been stayed in. Although the location is excellent. The overall service and facilities are bad. The management is very poor, they arranged the same bed for two different people and suddenly came into a female dormitory at 11:30pm. Without any apologies, they asked one of them to leave at the midnight. Horrible. Also, the shower room is not clean and have unstable hot water. Bed is poor too.
