Stayed the night here before getting on a cruise ship! We were upgraded to a suite that was gorgeous! Hotel is in a part of the gothic quarter that feels out of a novel. The taxi driver who took us from the airport did not drive up to the hotel so we had to a walk a bit with suitcases, but Thomas made sure a taxi picked us up at the door upon check out so we didn't have to walk back to the main streets. Very clean, beautiful and perfect stay if you're looking for a boutique hotel in the gothic quarter.
Neri Hotel is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere is warm, authentic, and wonderfully cozy. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, and every single one of them contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable and pleasant. A special mention to Thomas, whose welcoming attitude and constant smile add so much charm to the place. His positivity and great service make the stay even more fun and memorable. Highly recommended.
Everything was absolutely perfect. Beautiful hotel with a unique atmosphere and an amazing location - close to everything. A special thank you to the gentleman who took care of us, he was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Also, the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
The hotel is very well centered with several stores and restaurants nearby. The atmosphere was very cozy and relaxing, the staff went above and beyond! With a special mention to Ivan and Thomas who went the extra mile to ensure my sister and I had a wonderful experience. The room was nice and comfortable it has everything you need, we were extremely impressed by the coffee machine in the room. Providing freshly ground coffee for the espresso, the beans were also very good. The shower provides a spa-like experience. By far the best shower I’ve ever used! The food at the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was excellent. Only giving 4* as the only cons is that cars cannot enter, so you have to walk with your luggage. So if you have a lot of luggage to carry, it’s best to have someone help you with that, or it’ll be extremely difficult for you.
