The hotel was clean and the rooms and bed were big and comfortable (I got the design room), the service was also great - all the staff I met were welcoming and willing to help. The location is very convenient and you can walk to most of the major attractions, the aerobus stop to and from the airport is also just 5 minutes away. The only downsides are that the hotel itself is located in a small and shady alleyway and the room soundproofing could be better as I was constantly woken up in the middle of the night - yes I'm looking at the person from another room who kept showering at 5am.
Hotel is located in a really excellent & quite place! Beds are fine & breakfast is good. Could be good to have few more veggies in the breakfast , but it is good. Staff is friendly and speak well English. Easy metro and buss access. There is great ramen place to eat nearby and lot's of other places for drinks & food. Cathedral of Barcelona is just a small walking distance. I enjoyed it ,because it wasn't on Rambla or so, where is quite noisy.
Great hotel. Excellent location. Rooms are on the smaller side, but still nice. Breakfast is a good value. The best part is the staff. All were friendly and professional. We had an issue with the AC unit and the front desk and maintenance were very proactive about solving the problem. Thanks for a great stay.
Superior Plus Room, 2 adults + 1 child. Very good value for money. Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. The bed in the room was large and comfortable.
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent and made getting around very easy. The beds were comfortable, which ensured a great night’s sleep, and we really appreciated the tea and coffee corner in the room — a lovely touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
