About eight years ago, I stayed at this hotel for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Because of that, I booked a second stay last year, expecting a similar experience. Unfortunately, I was assigned to an annex building located about a one-minute walk from the main hotel. This annex felt more like a student dormitory than a hotel. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom and shower had a very institutional feel. I had been looking forward to enjoying a lovely vacation with my friend, so this was very disappointing. I believe the hotel should provide more accurate photos and clearer information about the annex accommodations so that guests know exactly what they are booking. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay, and I do not plan to return to this hotel.
This has been THE best hostel I have ever been to. You have to take into account that it is a hostel so yes you share a room with people. I was in the women’s rooms and it was absolutely fantastic. The room was very light, clean, a towel to use. It also had a balcony. The breakfast was also very good considering it is not a hotel, even had a wide range of fruit. The price ratio is also very good because the location is fantastic right in the center of Gracia. 10/10!!!
We spends for 3 nights. The location is excellent. Good for all sightseeing places. It is a safe location for running in the morning before sunrise. In the room, it is so-so. The bed and pillow are too soft to me. Not much table flat surface. Not bed bug is discovered so far. (I saw the reviews there are beg bugs before) For the toilet, I dunno why there is no shower curtain to block the water coming out. The floor is full of water after bath. It takes some time make it dry. It is quite annoying. I understand it is the budget hostel, therefore, I am happy to stay here.
The location of this place is excellent 👌👌—perfect for all sightseeing. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and always helpful. Many thanks to them, especially the gentleman at the reception who helped me when I was sick. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and very clean and tidy. Moreover, the shared area is amazing, featuring a huge kitchen with 4 fridges and all the appliances you could possibly need. Truly, from the bottom of my heart, you feel right at home 🏡.
I had a great experience at Casa Gracia in Barcelona. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, great location, and everything feels clean and well organized. I especially want to thank Alia at the reception desk. She was very kind, professional, and helpful. She took the time to assist me in finding a good room and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service really made a positive impression on me.
