Definitely worthy of being a 5 star establishment! Nice big table and comfortable seating in the room. Their bedside light panel could have been bigger to make it easier to read and adjust/ dim the light. But we managed. If you stay here, do not miss eating and or having a drink at their " Living Room" - airy, spacious and generous seating. We ate there multiple times because of the atmosphere.
We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt in Auckland. Our family had three rooms including an executive suite. The rooms were incredibly clean and so comfortable. The furnishings and fixtures still felt modern and nice. The showers and beds were excellent. The views over the harbour were wonderful especially during sunrise and sunset. Everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. The concierge arranged a transfer to the airport for us. The driver was on time and the trip was easy and enjoyable. Our meal at The Living Room was delicious and we loved the atmosphere at the Captain’s Bar for cocktails after. Overall, we were so well taken care of and I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!
I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Auckland and wanted to share how exceptional the service was — especially from Josephine. From the moment I arrived at the spa, Josephine went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and looked after. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she consistently made sure everything ran smoothly and comfortably for us. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely elevates your entire experience, but Josephine absolutely did that. She made our stay feel special and memorable, and her level of care and service really stood out. Thank you, Josephine, for such amazing treatment — you are a real credit to the Park Hyatt Auckland. We’ll definitely be back!
The Living Room at Park Hyatt is a very relaxed and chilled out place to visit. It offers a beautiful and good view of the harbour that makes the experience special. The friendly staff provide excellent service and Arina and Harrison were great during our time there. Lovely venue for a wonderful and peaceful atmosphere.
Gorgeous hotel! Excellent location, walkable to great shopping, restaurants and attractions. The staff is world-class, at your service. There is a beautiful spa on property. Had two outstanding massages, reasonable prices. There is a well-equipped fitness center with the appropriate amount of treadmills, ellipticals, machines, free weights, stretch room etc.You can tell the fitness center is not an afterthought. Shared Sauna, steam and large jacuzzi. Loved our stay.
