On Saturday 11 April I bought Goat Biryani as special dish in-store for takeaway. I asked the young lady at the counter if the meat would be tender, also a cook behind the glass enclave that was filling up the takeaway containers. Both said yes. Upon reaching home when I had the first bite I found the Goat meat was not tender, actually under-cooked. All three pieces were the same. So I called to give the feedback and the man said please write to an email address with photos. So I did, and got the reply today on Monday 13 April. The reply in summary was - it is not possible that the meat was not tender or under-cooked as their cooking process ensures it. Also, that no other person has provided a similar feedback. My reply to that was - "Not everyone bothers to provide feedback as most just are simply apathetic as they probably know it is futile to do so. What was I to gain other than feeling frustrated for a wasteful expense of a paltry sum of $19?" Conclusion - Don't waste your money and time and most importantly don't bother giving feedback. It is most likely to yield nothing other than frustration for yourself. I think Paradise management is taking loyal customers like us for granted.

It has been our favourite restaurant for last 10 years. But unfortunately recently food quality has gone down a bit. Few months ago we had biriyani and it tasted bit different than usual. Less meat and dry rice. And this time (Saturday night) we bought curry and naan and there was so much burnt charcoal bits in naan. It can be happen as it's cooked in tandoor but this piece shouldn't be sold to any customers. It's bit shame for our favourite restaurant. Hope they bring back the quality like their golden days!

We went as a group of 9 on Friday night, looked at Buffet presentation and decided to moved fron table service to buffet. Table behind us of 6 choose table service. Their food was a better quality, presentation, service and taste that ours. Wish we choose non-buffet service.

I bought this on Friday on public holiday chicken biryani and half hara bhara kebab and chicken 65 take away . When I reach home I saw only 2 pieces of chicken and 1 drum stick with no meat inside that’s all . I always buy from this place never ever happens before but this is not good specially u being charge surcharge extra on top of your bill . Please it request to the owner give small size chicken pieces in the biryani instead of very big pieces. Thank you

Very disappointed with our order today. We ordered a chicken biriyani family pack and a single mutton biriyani. Both had very less meat, which was unacceptable for the price we paid. We called the restaurant to complain and were told that the issue would be escalated and someone would get back to us. However, no one ever contacted us after that. Poor portion quality and even worse customer service. Will not be ordering again.
