The housekeeping was discreet yet thorough, with fresh linens, timely towel changes, and well-prepared rooms every day. The bathroom amenities were of high quality, with pleasant cosmetics that made the stay feel even more luxurious. The service throughout the hotel was truly exceptional — both at the reception and in the restaurant. The staff are incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Breakfasts were excellent, with a great selection and consistently delicious options. The restaurant menu itself was surprisingly refined, offering beautifully prepared dishes with amazing taste. We celebrated New Year’s Eve at the hotel and enjoyed every moment — the atmosphere, the organization, the food, and the overall mood were just perfect. The reception area has a beautiful design, creating a warm first impression, and we were pleasantly surprised by thoughtful Christmas and New Year gifts from the hotel. We also appreciated the hotel’s attention to small but important details: daily bottled water in the room, flexibility with a late checkout (we were lucky and very grateful), and genuine care about guests’ comfort. The gym was clean and well maintained, with water, towels, and a speaker available, and the spa was simply wonderful. Overall, this hotel left the best possible impression. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again, and we would be happy to come back.

My wife and I stayed at the Margi from May 24th-29th and it was nothing short of exceptional. Phenomenal service, clean minimally designed rooms, incredible food and beverage program all around. I’d like to especially thank Sofia from the Reservations department, Konstantinos from Reception, and Abdalla from Room Service, for making our stay outstanding - especially Abdalla! The entire team at the Margi are remarkably attentive and were always happy to assist with any request.

We came for a beautiful and restful holiday with our young daughter. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. We stayed for 3 nights and of that, 2 nights were with noisy private events in the pool area with music pumping until after midnight. It feels to hotel guests that we come second to private events where some parts or all of the pool area were closed to hotel guests due to private events. The private events also contributed to us being passive smokers via the balcony. I am sad to say that we will not come back again.

We love this hotel! We have stayed here twice, at the beginning of our trip and at the end of our month in Greece. After a month of returning the staff remembered us and were so happy to see us back. The staff are warm and friendly and really make this beautiful hotel even more pleasant to stay. We love the decor and vibe, as well as the nicely decorated rooms, although small. The beds are comfortable and when you get a sea view it’s a lovely view! The spa is equally nice and relaxing, as well as the outdoor pool area. Since we’ve been back home our 2 year old tells us she’s packing her bags to go to the Margi hotel. That’s when you know the whole family really loves it here and we can’t wait to be back!

The Margi has a great location and is within walking distance to the beach, which is definitely one of its best points. The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere, and the area is convenient if you want a beach stay. However, our experience was badly affected by the noise. There was a party next door that kept us awake until around 3am, and it did not seem like anyone made a serious effort to control the situation. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect better management of noise and guest behaviour, especially late at night. The manager was kind and offered us a free late checkout, which we appreciated. However, by that point the lack of sleep had already ruined the next day for us. Overall, the location is good, but the noise issue made the stay very disappointing. the design of the hangers are very strange, and headboard is very uncomfortable.
