We had a dinner reservation for 3 people at Ora on May 25. When we arrived, the hostess informed us that they had changed the menu for the evening from à la carte to a set multi-course meal for a special pop up event, and told us that if we wanted to dine at the sushi restaurant on the property we were welcome to instead. After looking at the special menu, we decided that we didn’t feel like eating a 7+ course meal and told the hostess that we’d prefer to dine at the sushi restaurant. She escorted us over to the other restaurant to be seated for dinner there. While dining, my friend, who had made the reservation at Ora, received a notification from her bank that she had been charged a no show fee of €120. She left the dinner table to go back to speak with the Ora hostess to resolve the issue. The manager of Ora was confused about the charge and promised her that it would not go through as we were eating at Sumosan. Unfortunately that was not true, and the charge went through. My friend called One & Only the next day and the woman she spoke to took down her info, indicated that the charge was a mistake, and told my friend that someone would call her back that day. She never received a call back so she emailed Ora and the hotel directly, and again has still not received a response. We spent over €250 on dinner and also over €750 on spa treatments at the Guerlain spa on the property earlier in the day. And yet One & Only thinks it’s acceptable to steal €120 from us. The One & Only management should be ashamed of themselves. Thanks to this experience, One & Only is now the one and only place I will never visit again.

Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by the behavior of the reception manager, RANIA . Although the restaurant staff had clearly informed me that the meal was included in the staff menu, RANIA attempted to charge me an additional €800, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. Once it became clear that I was correct and that the meal was indeed included, the situation was not handled professionally. I was later served COLD FOOD and, instead of receiving an apology, RANIA TOLD ME THAT IT WAS SHAME TO THROW IT AWAY. What disappointed me even more was her rude and dismissive attitude throughout my stay. During the following days, she did not even return a simple greeting when I said good morning. The rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, which makes it even more unfortunate that one person's behavior could negatively affect the image of an otherwise excellent hotel.

One of the most aesthetically pleasing ultra luxury hotels in Europe, with five star service and amenities to match the amazing look. We were in an Epos two bedroom suite with heated salt water pool and private beach which was amazing for us as a family with a small child. The privacy offered by the expansive suite with truly beautiful outdoor lounge space by the pool next to a beach which was separated from the rest of the resort was extremely special and enabled us to truly relax and disconnect without worrying that our daughters splashing and playing would disturb other guests. The finishes in the rooms are the highest level (what you would expect from a st. Regis, waldorf Astoria, four Seasons, mandarin oriental, or Aman) and the design language throughout all public spaces is impeccable. You feel like you are in a beautifully designed home instead of a hotel at all times and the butler service ensures you have everything you need addressed quickly and easily via WhatsApp. The restaurant options were great, with Sushisumo on the beach and Manko along the shore standing out as genuinely good restaurants I would have visited even if they were outside the hotel. They have boats you can charter for day tours easily via the concierge which are accessible from their private pier. The kids club is huge, with a beautiful playground and spaces for crafting and playing inside and outside. Our daughter loved the kids club and requested to stay there as long as possible each day which freed us up to enjoy some genuine down time. We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service, beautiful views, and very clean rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Athens.

I visited this hotel as a non-resident guest and paid €100 to use the spa and gym facilities. On my first visit, the service was excellent and I had a very positive experience. Unfortunately, my second visit two days later was completely different and extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the service was inattentive and unprofessional. I asked for a hot tea and was told there was tea available, but it was cold. I politely requested a freshly made hot tea, but it took a long time, and when it finally arrived, it was still cold. I asked again, and at that point the staff became dismissive and unresponsive. Two staff members were sitting nearby doing their nails, giving the clear impression that they were not interested in assisting guests. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I went to the gym—something I had used without any issue during my previous visit—I was immediately told that I could not use it. This was confusing and embarrassing, especially since no clear explanation was given. I also felt followed around rather than supported as a guest. The overall attitude was disrespectful and far below the standard expected from a luxury hotel. I did not ask for a refund, but given the situation, it would have been appropriate. Instead, I was handed a small sample box in what felt like an attempt to silence the issue, which only made the experience feel more dismissive. This experience was extremely disappointing and not at all reflective of the level of service one expects from a deluxe hotel. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training, consistency, and guest treatment.
