The Four Seasons Astir Palace in Athens is truly an exceptional destination and one that we would gladly return to. From the moment you arrive, the property feels like a private seaside retreat, nestled in its own beautiful cove with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. If you’re booking a room, I highly recommend reserving a water-view room. Waking up to those views is worth every penny and is one of the highlights of the entire experience. The resort offers several excellent dining options, including Matsuhisa, which occupies a stunning location perched at the edge of the cove. While we felt the food wasn’t quite as exceptional as some other Matsuhisa locations we’ve visited, it was still very good, and the setting alone makes it worth experiencing. Service throughout the property is absolutely top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I also enjoyed a massage at the spa, which was terrific. The spa facilities are beautiful and provide a wonderful place to relax and recharge. This is a large resort with multiple pools, excellent restaurants, and plenty of space to spread out. If you’re traveling without children, I would recommend requesting accommodations in the adults-oriented section of the property. Some areas cater more to families and can be a bit noisier, while the quieter sections offer a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the Four Seasons Astir Palace is one of the finest resort experiences we’ve had in Europe. Spectacular views, outstanding service, excellent amenities, beautiful pools, and a stunning setting combine to create a truly memorable stay. If you’re visiting Athens and want a luxury resort experience, this property should be at the top of your list. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A truly wonderful experience at the Four Seasons Astir Palace. The staff is incredibly professional, warm, and efficient. The hotel offers beautiful, relaxing views of Vouliagmeni, and it is perfectly located right near the Astir Marina. Breakfast at the Mercato restaurant was a highlight—peaceful and delicious, with fantastic views from both the lovely indoor seating and the outdoor terrace. With excellent amenities like the serene spa and tennis courts, it is the perfect luxury escape. Highly recommended!
Four Seasons at its very best! This is the best hotel in all of Greece. The experience couldn’t have been better. I truly enjoyed my three days here with my girlfriend. We wanted to break up our journey between Dubai and New York and relax for a few days in the Greek summer—and this hotel made it absolutely perfect. The service was exceptional, the views were breathtaking, and every detail was thoughtfully curated, making our stay truly unforgettable and incredibly special. From the warm hospitality to the outstanding dining options and serene atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations in every possible way.
