Delta was one of the most creative and immersive dinning experiences I’ve ever had. I came with my family and the staff were so kind, informative, and knowledgeable. The evening felt special straight from the start with the incredible location and design of the restaurant. While you’re dining at Delta you’re truly eating art. The creativity that’s on display is staggering. I can’t stop thinking about the sourdough course and the fish of the day course. The fish was slow cooked for 6 hours and was the most buttery light seafood I’ve ever had. The sourdough dish with truffle sauce is still on my mind. Looking back at the photos of the night and reading through the menu I find myself itching to go back. I’m so glad we went to Delta, it was a special highlight of our trip to Greece and I didn’t want the night to end. I would highly recommend Delta to anyone visiting Athens.

We had dinner at Delta Restaurant and overall I’d say it was good. The service was solid and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, but it didn’t feel especially memorable or above and beyond. Same with the space itself — it’s modern and nice, but I personally didn’t find it as breathtaking as I expected based on the hype. Maybe it's because it was so light out when we were there. I felt like we were in the lobby of an office building The food was definitely well executed and absolutely beautifully. Each course is truly a work of art and I love the creative presentation. Unfortunately we felt many of the dishes felt more visually creative than exciting flavor-wise. I kept waiting for that one course that made me stop and think “wow,” and it never really happened. Let me be clear - everything was balanced and good, just not particularly mind blowing. Overall, I’m glad we tried it because the experience itself was nice, but for the price and reputation, I left wanting a little more from the food.

Amazing combination of flavors and textures in an inventive 12-course menu where each plate was a nice surprise. The flavorful bread that looked like porcini mushroom accompanied by bone marrow sauce was probably our preferred dish. Excellent use of fermented materials provided additional umami. All staff were very professional yet friendly and the suggestions of the sommelier also excellent. Well worth the reputation and the two Michelin stars.

The overall experience was very nice. Staff incredibly kind and with a wide knowledge of the plates and ofc of their behinds the scenes. The restaurant and the bar itself have an incredible decor and beautiful views. I mean if you don’t want to spend on the menu you can go and grab a cocktail. Unfortunately, the plates were not out of this world and to be honest I was expecting much much more from a 2 stars Michelin restaurant. Flavours were balanced and tasty but I missed this boom in my mouth. I missed to try a plate and say wow this is something I haven’t ever tried in my life. I had a feeling like chef wanted to go all the way but somehow stopped in the middle. Finally, something that we realised is the white sauces the was accompanied by some plates although they were different and had many ingredients, they tasted almost absolutely the same. Lemon or butter or both. The presentation on most of the plates were simple and cute and our sommelier offered us a very tasty (into the budget I asked) white wine.

I visited the restaurant with a group of 4. The restaurant itself looks stunning, with a great view and a beautiful modern minimalistic interior. From the arrivee with the hostess, the welcoming the rest of the time everything seemed perfect, a great start to a 2 Michelin star experience. Food wise, a beautifully crafted menu, innovative and a true work of art to look at. Unfortunately that’s where it stopped for most of us. At this level, flavour should be the highlight, and what followed the picture was a rather bland flavour, nothing soulful or exciting. Allthe dishes stood out visually but not in taste, like the dessert with the bumblebee, and the main course which was just a tiny strip of Iberico. There were a couple of dishes I did enjoy, like the sunflower with the crispy chicken with caviar, although the service couldn’t explain where the caviar was from. Regarding our drinks, two of us had a bottle of wine, one had a wine arrangement and one had the alcohol free pairing, which was subpar. The sommelier although very knowledgeable didn’t try to connect and was more focused on explaining terroir and technical aspects, failing to explain simply why he made those choices or what we should feel or connect to. The service staff was very attentive and kind throughout the evening, which we appreciated. Still, some small but important details could be improved. When we had coffee at the end, some of us were away and they brought it anyway, so it wasn’t warm anymore. No sugar for the table, no friandises, just a small cup of coffee on a large table, a bit of a sad image to finish the meal. The depart was also the opposite of the arrivee with no one there to say goodnight. The total bill was around 2000€ and the price-quality simply isn’t there. For this level and expectation, you look for a complete and memorable experience, and that was missing for us.
