First time in Athens so onto the tourist sightseeing bus for city orientation. Was attracted to the vibrancy around Monastiraki Square so hopped off to delve deeper. While I loved the area so did hordes of other tourists, so I turned to Google to find a sanctuary with a view and ended up here. In daytime the entrance is unassuming, so was a little unsure if this was the right place, until reaching the rooftop. Wow, the view is breathtaking. Then the bar makes you comfortable with attentive service and spot on cocktails. Food is ok too, but this place is all about relaxing with a drink (they have nailed the classic daiquiri) and savouring the view. Highly recommended.

The vibe and drinks were cute but at least the pizzas were not it. A great view of the Acropolis and a good spritz. I got the pizza and it was literally coated in grease - an actual puddle. Maybe other food was better, but in the future I’d only do drinks here.
