The welcome and service were perfect: attentive and friendly. The venue is stunning, the tableware very beautiful, and the rock-and-roll atmosphere with the chosen music creates a unique vibe. The open kitchen, located in the middle of the restaurant, allows you to watch the team at work, adding a true spectacle to the experience. The lunch menu was flavorful; I especially enjoyed the monkfish and the signature dish. The desserts were excellent and very creative. I opted for the non-alcoholic drink pairing: some were delightful, but others were too heavy or had overly complex flavor combinations. To end on a sweet note, we left with a small gift: a delicious chocolate bar.

It’s the best definition of an experience I can imagine. Everything felt like perfect harmony. The open kitchen concept is great. You can see how everyone works, focused and as a team. The food was amazing. I can’t describe what I felt when trying the different sauces. Sometimes I was eating them like soup. Each dish has flavors that will surprise you. The staff was super nice (Tatiana, Nicolas, and many others). Nick playing on the DJ deck at the end of the night was an amazing finishing touch. Last but not least, the soap to wash your hands in the bathroom was great; my hands have never been so soft.

I never had the opportunity to dine in their former location but I was very lucky to be able to visit right after their reopening. The dining experience starts in the listening room with a snack and an apertif and continues to the dining room featuring an open kitchen at the center with table-like counter seating on each side. The grill is on full display and while I usually am quite sensitive to smoke, the high ceilings allowed me to take in the aromas without getting nauseous. As for the food, I loved that while each dish was rich and decadent there was an element of lightness. So at the end of the meal I didn't feel heavy.

Overall an okay place. 10/10 for service. The staff is super friendly, personable and attentive. They were great to talk to. They made you feel super welcome. 8/10 the atmosphere was nice. The place itself is pretty trendy and unique. 6/10 the food was okay. Some of the dishes were bland and some were too salty. Overall it was fine but would expect more from a top rated restaurant. 7/10 the wines and cocktails were pretty good. Overall would recommend trying this place but not a priority compared to other Michelin star restaurants as the food was not anything out of the box.

Truly unique and complete gastronomic experience. Perfectly orchestrated in a phenomenal setting and while the welcome was a little bit distant and generic, the crew relaxed and got really nice with us as the evening passed by. Both mrs Rain and Jeff were really funny and very skilled. It's true a lot of people are involved by table, but I didn't mind as they were all very friendly and professional. The chocolate that's used is not the right one yet :), but was still very nice to see a glimpse of the pastry kitchen and have a genuine chat with Nick and his team after the dinner. Last but not least, and although the list of ingredients by dish was sometimes tough to follow, the result was stunning with every plate including the wines (especially the Syrian one was great)! My wife had asked a vegeterian menu on beforehand and that was also outstanding, and much appreciated. Congrats and very much looking forward to experience The Jane 2.0, undoubtedly going for a 3rd star.
