Looking for a place to sleep without too much noise, friendly staff, and basic clean facilities? Then do NOT go here. All through the night there was partying in the hostel, and the staff was incompetent, unprofessional and unhelpful. Moreover, the beds are definitely not clean and constantly being switched between guests during the day. You will also not feel safe at night with people trading sleeping spots for extra cash, and 0 security at the entrance. Worst hostel experience I’ve ever had. Do yoursef a favor and keep on looking, because this is not where you want to go.

This hostel counts with a huge lounge really cozy and looks really comfortable. Unfortunately, it was close together with the reception desk. I didn't get to enjoy the garden or the social areas. Although the staff was friendly, she was not around. The beds are comfortable and toilets and showers clean.

Ms. Vania and the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location of the hostel was superb! I didn´t stay for the night as I eventually moved to another place to stay together with my friends, so I can´t comment much about the rooms (thus, the medium/ neutral point). Maybe unrelated, but they also have a very cute dog! :)

I stayed here for a few months back in 2012.Guy and the Japanese lady were so welcoming to me. Great hostel close to the trams, 🚊 that go to the city centre 👌. Highly recommended. There is a laundry facility basically next door too.

You get what you pay for. Would I go stay there again? Yes. It was the cheapest accommodation for my 2weeks travels, and while it was nice not to spend tons, don't expect the best service. - Rooms are not locked, and without any luggage lockers, it's not the safest place if you have a lot of valuables. - There are no plugs along the walls, but only 1 in the safety box tower near the door, so not the most practical and useful for travelers. - There is no guest kitchen, but only a mini fridge and microwave on the top floor, and without any utensils and plates (and not enough space for everyone), It's definitely something to improve. - The 2 bathrooms on each floor often didn't have any hand soap, which after Covid, is unacceptable (but I had no problem with the showers).
