Such a great hostel! Super clean, super comfy beds and a nice atmosphere. Really easy to be sociable with good social spaces, events and even a swing! Check in & out was very easy, and its walkable to almost all parts of the city, including grocery stores very close by, and a metro & tram stop too. I was especially impressed with how clean the shared facilities were. Yes the showers are a bit annoying having to keep pressing them, but there are plenty avaliable that you never have to wait. You can get free earplugs at reception too! Really great stay and highly recommended!

It's a pretty nice and good Hostel. Friendly stuff, comfortable rooms n bed, clean shower etc.. Outside area and so on. A bit Outside of the centre and silence at night. Different promotions every day. Room with river view. Alllll good.

The location itself isn’t bad — it’s in a safe area and about a 15–20 minute walk from most attractions. However, for what we paid ($400 for two nights for two people), the experience was very disappointing. We arrived late and noticed that only one of our beds was fully made. We alerted the staff member on duty, but he reassured us it was fine even though it clearly didn’t seem properly prepared. The next morning, the bathrooms flooded. While things happen, the bathrooms were then closed for about four hours, which was very inconvenient. When they reopened, the showers required you to press a button every 20 seconds, which made it frustrating to use. At that point, we asked for a refund due to the overall poor experience, but this was denied. Instead, we were offered 20% off, and then moved to a private room — which unfortunately had no bathroom or window, making it feel like a downgrade rather than a solution. The most frustrating part was the response from management. The manager on duty seemed offended by our complaints and had an attitude that felt dismissive rather than helpful. She even mentioned that she personally checks rooms for cleanliness, but we later found a lighter in a robe pocket, which clearly suggests otherwise. Overall, this place needs significant improvement in both maintenance and customer service. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was fine. I didn't like the room very much; the door is very noisy and disturbs your sleep. There are no power outlets in the bed, and the top bunk has a large gap on the side by the wall, so your belongings (or you) could fall out. The location was good! The cleanliness was also good. I waited every day for the activities, but none were held. Another thing, I would recommend adding more light, as the current lighting makes the atmosphere a little sad.

What a cool hostel! Tucked behind the cafe, this hostel has a massive common area, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor area. The staff was friendly and the hostel was cleaned daily. The rooms were also not half bad. The location of the hostel, while it could be better, is good. It’s close enough to the center, red light district, and central station to reach within fifteen minutes by foot, but far enough away to be safe and quiet. Overall I would stay here again! Disliked - I would stay here again if I had the money! Not unique to this hostel are the insane prices for accommodations in Amsterdam. Aside from that, nothing much I didn’t like. Maybe add curtains to the beds and have under bed lockers.
